“This hotel smelled dirty, looked dirty and felt dirty. Pool, gross. Lobby, gross. No towels, empty shampoo/conditioner dispensers in bathroom. Our sink was dirty and clogged. After asking for towels for 2 straight days I was finally given the tiniest, worn looking towels i’ve ever seen. They looked like something you would use to wash your car. If I hadn’t prepaid I would have left this hotel immediately. Definitely do not recommend to anyone. Beds were comfortable and appeared to be clean, so I...

“I have stayed at this property several times while I’m in the King of Prussia area. It’s in a great location near the mall and right across the parking lot from Hooters. Walmart, Wegman’s, Honeygrow and a few others stores that I frequent are right across the street. Breakfast is cool and I love the hot cinnamon rolls. I could eat those all day. 😃 Overall, the price is great and I love the location.”

“As we pulled up to the hotel, I was stunned to see that the physical building contains no signage. Upon check-in, there was a delay with somebody coming to the desk. On my second night there were a number of small children running around the halls unattended and almost knocked me down. I noticed numerous rooms with the sliding screen doors off the track. On each of the evening’s going into the back entrance, I was greeted by people smoking marijuana.”

“I totally enjoyed my stay at Hampton Inn. The room was very big and spacious, and well appointed. It’s smelled clean and fresh. The bathroom was spacious and sparkling clean. The front desk clerk greeted me with a smile, which was a pleasant surprise in this day and age. They were all efficient and well mannered. I also appreciated the free breakfast in the morning, quite a selection and a beautiful space to sit and start your day. I love this location. I will be back when I’m in the area...

“After driving 10ish hours from Lexington, Kentucky, we arrived at the property to be told that we didn’t have a room there. The guy at the counter was nice enough, but if you’ve oversold the property, the front desk should have that info to give to the guests who are getting screwed over. He didn’t seem to have any information at all on what was happening, so I drove another half hour to a different hotel who was able to accommodate me.”
