“Nice surprises at this hotel, first experience with the Tru by Hilton brand. Appreciated the Hilton Honors welcome bag with water and snack. Room very comfortable and clean, softest sheets ever. Handle on glass shower door was broken making it a little challenging to get in and out of the shower. Breakfast was very good. Made to order self serve automated pancake machine was a trip. Delicious pancakes! Also nice oatmeal bar. Loved egg white frittata and Lavazza coffee. Wished the yogurt...

“It’s a beautiful place but the rooms were fairly average. Nothing special. The shower was the worst part, it was either super hot or cold. Went to a trickle on medium. Couldn’t wash my hair! Also the breakfast buffet was $30 per person and not that great either. If you’re a golfer, you’d love it. Also rained so couldn’t sit by the pool so … eh.”

“The sheets are clean and the room itself was clean. I had a terrible experience with the guest next door and upstairs. They made lots of thumping noise after midnight. I had a toilet leak, made me late for work. Front desk did not give me parking credit as offered and charged me parking charges.”

“If you have a bad back and suffer from back pain, the beds are hard, and I would not recommend staying there. However, the room was clean, the staff were friendly, there was free parking, it was completely safe, and it was very quiet. We had a problem with the AC unit, and the staff came promptly to the room and fixed the issue. All in all, I recommend this hotel, but not for people with chronic back pain.”

“This hotel is disgusting. There was hair everywhere, mold growing in the walls, a leaking shower that left nasty brown stains in the tub, food and other substances on the wall, peeling paint, open space between the door and frame, yellow and brown stains on the mattress cover, and an awful smell of mold and a lingering musty odor. We did not stay and checked out immediately. The hotel wouldn't refund us for the stay despite the unsanitary conditions and we are out of the money for this hotel as...
