Dear Mr. Anonymous Unfriendly, unkind & unhappy rude and abrupt staff that's a lot for one night! I sincerely regret this harsh comment which I think is not justified ! a coffee at 4am is not possible the reception opens at 6 a.m. you had a kettle and free coffee in your room, for information the coffee at the cost 2.50 €, you wanted a restaurant at 9.30 pm very late for the city of Chantilly our receptionist looked for several restaurants and took care of making a reservation in the only one available. We receive a lot of foreigners and love Americans, our ratings prove it on all sites, I was at the reception the morning you left and the person accompanying you didn't tell me anything if you want human contact there it would be nice to do it live and not over the internet. we tried to reach you by phone and via hotels.com without success ...
