“I would not stay here again. the freezer was frozen and leaked on the floor. no extra blankets, the bathroom was not clean and had hair on the flor and hair on the shower floor. The place should have been half the price with the condition it was in. the worst stay I have ever had with an expedia property !”

“This is my third time renting this home. The host is excellent and very accommodating. The house is always spotless. Each room has its own full bath and there is a half bath on the first floor. Washer with clothes line and full kitchen for cooking. Large patio with grill. Safe with fenced parking. Location is between Ajijic and Chapala. I would highly recommend this property.”

“We spend most of our time up on the mirador or in the fountain garden below. The house is well appointed and nicely decorated. There is a built in water filter/purifier with a separate faucet for drinkable water at the kitchen sink so you don't have to worry about buying drinking water.
