Hotel a Chaparral

“I would recommend looking at other properties. Hotel itself was clean enough, staff were friendly however my room was dirty and filled with hair in the bed (sheets, pillows, etc) and hair in all my towels. My floor had dirt marks everywhere and bathroom had half roll of toilet paper - all signs that it wasn’t cleaned. The pool had garbage, towels and other garbage including leaves etc. cleanliness is bare minimum. I’m not picky nor did I have high expectations but this was gross and wouldn’t...

“The remote control, or the TV was not around. The bed was too hard the door gap on the front door you could see daylight smoke detector or clogged up. I unclogged them.”

“I only gave a 4 star bc there isn’t a gym or laundry facility on property. Apart from those amenities I was VERY pleased. One of the best hotels we have stayed at in El Paso, as a family and for the price.”

“The a/c did not work propetly.We managed because we had fans with us. It was a very busy weekend for graduation and was always crowded. I booked it because of the beautiful pool, which we only used one time during the day. In our room was really worn and needed to be replaced and the floors need to be mopped . The game room needed much attention. The pool table had a rip, and the balls were not correct. The fuse ball machine was broken. We were able to play and connect for and that’s it.”

“Upon arrival the hotel seemed good. I traveled along way so the thought of sitting in a hot tub was so nice.. until we actually got in and the water Luke warm and the jets were broken. Our room was half way cleaned. The faucet to the sink was very hard to turn on and off. We appreciate a hot breakfast which is what they offered.
