“Overall a good experience staying here two nights in mid-week. The accommodations were nothing special but everything worked properly and staff was pleasant. I thought the price a little high, but it seemed in line with other comparable properties nearby. About a 45 minute drive to downtown Cleveland.
One complaint: The carpet in the room was old and somewhat nasty looking. I hope when the hotel replaces it they'll go with vinyl plank flooring instead.”

“Louie greeted me upon my arrival and gave me a rundown of the property. He was friendly and answered all my questions. He even showed me so much of his art collection! Louie is a wonderful host. I would've loved to talk to him more. I only stayed one night since I was just passing through Akron. I have added The Berrodin Bed & Breakfast to my list of good stops!!”

“Timer on Fridge was frustrating. Not sure if it is a safety issue or to cut overhead costs. Not a fan of having to recool over and over and don't see why someone even thought that was a good idea.
Staff Friendly, they did good even when you could tell they were short staffed.
The window was missing a latch at the bottom which made it sound like it was part way open and road noise seemed pretty loud at times, but not a deal breaker.
Parking was good. Location was easy to find and close to food,...

“I told the front desk person it was a prepaid reservation but they charged me twice. Then they said they couldn’t credit the amount back because I had to wait till the next morning to discuss it with the volte manager, starting 7am. The next morning same story. The person in charge at the front desk said the Manager was not it that day and I had to give them a call to discuss my claim. Very very upset and disappointed ”
