“My stay at the Beatnik Hotel was even more than I'd hoped for! The incredible scenery, the relaxed, rustic feel of the place and the surroundings, and proximity to sites we wanted to see, were outstanding! The breakfast was great, and a 'help yourself' attitude is one I appreciate. Overall, there is an eco consciousness at the Beatnik Hotel, that I feel is the way forward in hospitality services. “Lovely, quiet place. No luxurious but comfortable. In the heart of Knowlton with shops and restaurants close by and a fabulous bookstore. The only downside for some travelers is the absence of an elevator as the hotel is on the 2nd floor, 1st floor if floor designated in the continental manner, so a flight of stairs.”
