“The Stay was amazing overall! The customer service was impeccable, everyone was so kind! The property itself is vast and private -- VERY SAFE (there is a security gate you have to sign in just to get to the property). The pools were amazing, the beach is more so to tan on and appreciate the view. The sand is grainy and there's seaweed and the actual water is dangerous with riptides. “Hotel room was very clean and staff were great! Pool was beautiful and deserves a five star review. The beach was also well maintained and lovely. Many hidden fees when we arrived left a bad taste in our mouths as well as a very terrible meal in which we waited 2 hrs for inedible food that wasn’t what we ordered and then it was not made right by management. There were only two restaurants open and no reservations for two weeks. We would hope that a hotel advertised as this luxury could do better...

“The whole master bathroom was flooded from the toilet with a very strong sewer smell. The bedrooms where in very bad conditions. The sliding doors almost impossible to open. The kitchen cabinets in very bad conditions, the jacuzzi wasn't working property. Beautiful location but; the building needs an update. We pay way too much for what we got. ”
