“Our room was clean on the surface but we turned the lights off before we turned the sheets down. When I woke the next morning the sheets had not been changed. they had a large stain where someone had urinated. I was extremely upset. We took a picture and I went to the desk and showed it. They were apologetic and sent someone to change both beds. We come to Charleston, WV several times a year to visit our grandchild. The location of your hotel is great for us but we will probably not stay there...

Very clean, more than I expected and perfect after being on the road all day. Big rooms, clean, and a friendly staff. And the breakfast was excellent.”
