“My daughter goes to UC and I have stayed at this property for most of my trips. With each stay, I am reminded about why I continue to book this hotel. The only down side (and it is very minor) is that the property is a bit dated but the rooms are clean and they have remarkably strong water pressure in the shower. Best part of staying here is the staff!!! Every last person that I encounter is friendly and genuinely happy to help me.”

“I drove all the way from Connecticut to attend Multifest, so I was really looking forward to having a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Unfortunately, the hotel could have done much better.
My room was facing the parking lot, which was disappointing considering the reason for my trip and the amount of driving I did to get there. On top of that, the bathtub was stopped up, which made the stay even more frustrating.

“Bathtub would not drain, so when I took a shower there would be water up around my ankles. The snacks during their happy hour...were very very old stale crackers, cheese, pretzels, and fritos. The drinks were good!”

“It's an older hotel with a modest facelift. It was as expected based on previous reviews. Room smelled strong of air freshener and was humid (we switched rooms and it was the same), the hallway was around 80°, and the elevator was sketchy. The folks at the desk were really friendly and accommodating, and gave us a late checkout. Staff were great. The quality didn't seem to line up with the cost ($180).”

“room was very clean. there was a huge spider on the ceiling but as soon as i mentioned it to the front desk, maintenance came immediately to deal with it. also while waiting for them to check my room to get my deposit back, the man realized id left my necklace in the bathroom and brought it down to me. very nice, very helpful.”
