  • Enjoy this 1bedroom, 1bathroom with waterfront access. Our condo features a king bed, a full bathroom with additional safety features: a shower bar and a handrail above the toilet and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
    The open concept living space, entails a kitchenette with a mini fridge, stovetop with 2 burners and a microwave. Seating for 6 is available with a kitchen table and bar seating.
    The living room has seating for up to 5 guests. And don't forget to enjoy the walkout patio as the boats sail in and out of Round Lake.
    It's everything you need for a weekend getaway!
    The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.
    Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 48 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

We were able to walk to almost everywhere!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view from the room is amazing! The room itself could use some updating. The mini blinds are missing quite a few blinds and the door to the patio door is very difficult to lock. The furniture could use some updating. Both couches had stains on them.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed in many of these units and this one was by far the worst. Missing blinds, wall paper coming off, cabinet doors that were stuck, and a toilet that is not stray to the floor properly. It's as if they have done nothing since 1989. However, the unit was very clean.
