  • Welcome to Unit #344—your spacious and comfortable two-bedroom waterfront retreat, perfect for a relaxing getaway or extended stay. This generously sized condo features a main bedroom with a king-size bed and a loft bedroom with another king-size bed, offering plenty of space for guests. The unit also includes two full bathrooms, one of which features a convenient walk-in shower. A queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping accommodations.

    The open-concept living area is bright and inviting, with a full-size kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, range with oven, dishwasher, and microwave—ideal for preparing meals during your stay. The living room offers comfortable seating for up to five guests, a dining table for shared meals, and a cozy gas fireplace that adds warmth and ambiance, making it perfect for entertaining or unwinding.

    Enjoy stunning waterfront views through the French doors overlooking Round Lake, where you can watch boats come and go throughout the day.

    Located at the Edgewater Inn on the north shore of Round Lake Harbor and the Pine River Channel, this condo provides prime drawbridge views and a central downtown location. You’ll be just a short walk from Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping, and galleries, making it an ideal destination for a short getaway, extended vacation, or even a wedding celebration.

    Each condo at the Edgewater Inn is individually owned and uniquely decorated, offering a distinct experience with every stay. With 48 unique units, a variety of amenities, and a friendly staff, the property provides a welcoming home-away-from-home atmosphere.

Wedding weekend

The property was spacious, nicely decorated and close to everything downtown. The views were stunning and everything we needed in the kitchen was available to accommodate some wedding party guests for cocktails during our stay.

Great View, Comfortable, Clean & Great Location!

This property was great. Would defiantly stay again, I’ve recommended to my friends and family. Location was so good. Walking distance to down town. The view of round lake was so good! We spent our 25th wedding anniversary here. Property was very clean and comfortable.

Was so happy and impressed with the place - perfect location to downtown and close to the start of the marathon! Beautiful view of round lake and the draw bridge - clean and bright. Loved it and would definitely stay again in the future!!!

Very comfortable location with great views. It's set up very well and very clean. Within walking distance to good restaurants and bars. Was a short drive to boyne, highlands and nubs knob for excellent skiing. Would definitely return in the future.
