The Kroger Lofts are a collection of NEW APARTMENTS that opened in July of 2024 that feature a common area rooftop deck with plunge pool that officially opened for the 2025 summer season on April 27th! We welcome you to make memories in this unique space in the heart of downtown Charlevoix! This special place is close to everything, from dinning and shopping to spending the day at Michigan Beach or renting a boat from Ward Brother Marina!
