Hotel per fare shopping a Charlotte Amalie

“I’m saddened to write about this terrible experience with the Landmark Apartments. The communication with the host is terrible! I tried to reach them a week before the trip, a couple of days before the trip and then when I arrived in St Thomas. I finally got in touch with Ronita as we were pulling up to the apartments. We were early and that’s when she told us about an early check in fee. Then the apartment was very dusty. The floors, the furniture, the fixtures everything. We were told that...

“Beautiful view although the conditions of the studio was not what I expected . I did not shower my entire stay! The location is terrible but the view is sooo amazing ”

“The description was accurate as far as the view but the information stated there was sleeping accommodations for six which leads you to believe there was one bedroom with one bed and a second with two beds but there was only one bed in each bedroom. So having only two beds limited it to sleeping four people and no portable bed or pullout bed available on the property.”

“While the area itself was nice and quiet, the overall condition of the two-bedroom unit made this stay far less pleasant than expected. There was a strong mold-like odor present throughout much of the day, which aggravated my allergies and often forced me to stay out of the unit. I also noticed visible mold on some exterior areas. The internet connection was unreliable and frequently disconnected, which was inconvenient during the stay. In addition, the bathroom was not as tidy as expected, the...

“Very nice resort and units!”

“We had such a lovely time at the resort!!! The room was beautiful and exactly as pictures, and details noted! GORGEOUS VIEW!!! It was easy to maneuver around the resort and get help when needed! The pool was perfect, and the beach better. We just loved the ongoing interactive activities at the pool each day! There was wonderful snorkeling too, which included a shoal of squid, barracuda, eel, and so many more! Thank you so much!!!”

“We booked thru VRBO for a week at Frenchmens Cove. Property was beautiful as we were put in the Tortola building with excellent views!”

“Everything was as advertised. Great view of the ocean. Our 3 bedroom was spacious, comfortable and location was ideal. Lots to do on property for kids. Definitely recommend ”
