This wonderful, classic bungalow is located just steps away from Oven’s Auditorium and Bojangles Arena! Equipped with both a Foosball table and an outdoor fire pit, this is the perfect getaway home. Spacious kitchen that has all the tools available to craft any culinary feast! Plenty of free parking on premises and private backyard.
The space
Welcome to our charming and cozy two-bedroom bungalow in Charlotte, NC! This spacious and inviting home is perfect for families or groups of friends who want to experience all that Charlotte has to offer.

Our bungalow features two bedrooms, both equipped with comfortable king-sized beds that will ensure a great night's sleep. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated with plenty of storage space for your belongings. The bathroom is clean and modern, with fresh towels provided.

The living room is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring Charlotte. You'll love our comfortable couches and chairs, as well as the 4K TV, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. If you're feeling competitive, challenge your friends to a game of foosball on our foosball table.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. You'll find high-quality appliances, cookware, and utensils, as well as complementary coffee to start your day off right.

For your convenience, our bungalow also includes a washer and dryer in the unit, so you can keep up with laundry while on vacation. We also offer free parking both in our driveway and on the street, so you won't have to worry about finding a spot for your car.

Fantastic house

We loved staying at the bungalow. It was just perfect for our needs. Loved the refinished wood floors and the kitchen was very well stocked for us to cook and enjoy our meals.

Overall, the house wasn’t the worst for the price. What upset us the most was lack of, or auto generated responses to all messages sent to the host during our stay. The lack of a checkout list also probably contributed to the fact we were greeted by a full stinky trash can. We had no clue what to do with anything upon checkout, so we guessed. The host provided incorrect WiFi information and did not respond to a single message our entire stay, just sent what seemed like autogenerated messages that were very generic “Hope you are enjoying your stay” type things which did not address any questions I had sent. There was what looked to be good amount of dried blood on the back porch. The outdoor area in the back was very lack luster and full of ants. The fire pit area consisted of a small cheap portable fire pit and plastic adirondack chairs with the large, full, stinky waste bins only a few feet away. There was also some kind of faint rank smell in the kitchen. The living room furniture is very uncomfortable so don’t plan on a relaxing movie night. One towel and wash cloth provided per adult even though we had a two night stay. For both bedrooms, there was only one usable outlet. And the Nextdoor security system notified it was recording every time you walked out back via an automated voice. We couldn’t really tell if it was a good neighborhood, but It is a plus it’s within walking distance to the Bojangles Colosseum. Would not stay here again.
