Pets are allowed for an additional fee of $50 per pet per stay. Restrictions apply. This will be collected separately, prior to your arrival. There will be a $500 fee for any animals/pets brought without prior approval as the property will not allow unapproved pets. 


Paid private parking is available on site at $ 20 /day (reservation is needed).   


A $200-$500 refundable security deposit might be asked upon booking.


We manage multiple apartments in this building and neighborhood. You will be allotted one of the many apartment at this address. It maybe be possible that the photos are not a exact match since the layout of various apartments is different. However the size, area, facilities and amenities of all apartment is the same. By reserving this property, the guest agrees that they are acceptable to the fact that photos may not exactly match the actual apartment which they are allotted and they will not stake any claim for mismatch of the photos


Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check-in and must be staying at the property.

During your stay, the flat is 100% yours. We ask you to use our accommodation as you would your own home and to treat the equipment provided with respect and to be considerate to your neighborhood. In order for you to get the most out of it, we recommend you to follow these few simple rules. These will avoid any misunderstandings and will ensure that the house/apartment stays in good order.

Keys are a minimum of $150/key to replace. A fee will apply if they are lost, or not returned on time before 11am. You will be fully responsible for damages and noise complaints.
