    Step outside and enjoy the best of Lake Wylie living. Nestled on a private .98-acre lot, this peaceful waterfront retreat sits in a quiet cove surrounded by trees, giving your group room to relax, reconnect, and breathe.

    Spend the afternoon soaking in the hot tub, gathering around the fire pit, or grilling on the BBQ while everyone settles in on the large rear deck. The outdoor dining furniture seats 8 guests, making it easy to enjoy meals with a view.

    A walkway leads down toward the water, where lazy lake days can be spent sunbathing, reading, fishing, boating, or simply enjoying the calm pace of the cove. Near the water, a covered deck area includes a table and 4 chairs that can also be moved around the fire pit.

    The gravel driveway accommodates up to 8 vehicles, so your group can arrive with ease and settle right in.

    Lake Wylie Cove & Water Level Note
    This home offers a peaceful, shallow-cove setting on Lake Wylie. Please note that water levels can fluctuate due to weather, rainfall, drought conditions, and Duke Energy reservoir management. At lower levels, the shoreline may appear muddy or less full than seasonal photos, and direct swimming, docking, or launching may not always be suitable. Please check current lake conditions if water access is important to your stay.

    The entire home and property is available to enjoy, including its array of amenities.

    We aren`t far away if you need us. Self check in with unique code and keypad for your stay. As 30x Superhosts, we try hard to get it right.

    Lake Wylie is a special place. Laid back lazy days sunbathing or reading a book or fishing or boating are great ways to pass the time. Lake Wylie stretches across North and South Carolina, has a surface area of 13,400 acres and features 325 miles of shore line. One of the best locations on the lake just minutes to uptown, the airport, the outlet mall, dozens of shops, bars and restaurants, walking trails, special events and more.

    If you`re looking for a fun or adventure day trip, check out Carowinds, the US National Whitewater Center, Topgolf, Crowder’s Mountain State Park, Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden, or Uptown for a pro sports game.

    Uber or Lyft is a good option if you do not have your own vehicle - but plenty of parking for up to 8 cars on site. Charlotte Douglas International Airport is only 25 minutes away!

    Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the Host. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur an additional fee of $50 per hour and charged at the top of each hour thereafter (e.g., checking out at 12:10 PM will result in a $100 fee). This fee covers delays with cleaning staff and turnover schedules. Guests are urged to check out on time to avoid any additional fees. **If Guests would like to see if our cleaners are able to accommodate a late check-out, the LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS must be made 24 HOURS in advance.**

    We provide starter supplies, enough for 3-4 day stays. It will be up to the guest to replenish those supplies for extended stays.

    **Please note that as part of the reservation booking process, we ask guests to visit a link to e-sign a rental agreement. In NC, written rental agreements are required to be compliant with the NC Vacation Rental Act. We include them as best practice for our listings in SC. There is also a link to a quick Point of Contact form which helps make for a smoother check-in process.**

    Trust & Safety:
    *As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Trust and Safety Fee or your rental rate.

    The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $1,500 for content and $1,500 for dwelling. The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Everlong Residential will process the payment using the form of payment on file for the Guest. We recently stayed at this property because we were looking forward to a lakefront vacation. While the listing did include a disclaimer that Lake Wylie water levels can fluctuate due to rainfall, the actual conditions during our stay went far beyond what we expected. The water had receded so dramatically that the lake was completely inaccessible from the property. There was no practical way to enjoy the advertised lake access, despite paying a premium price comparable to other true lakefront rentals.Unfortunately, the issues extended beyond the lake conditions. Several items throughout the home were either broken or appeared to have been improperly installed. The master bedroom door would not latch into the doorframe, making it impossible to lock for privacy. The bunk beds were positioned directly beneath a ceiling fan, creating a safety hazard that resulted in our daughter hitting her head. Basic household supplies also felt unnecessarily limited, with only a minimal number of dishwasher pods, trash bags, and other essentials provided for the length of our stay.The most concerning issue was security. Both sets of sliding glass doors had non-functioning locking mechanisms. Rather than repairing the locks, wooden sticks had been placed in the door tracks to prevent the doors from opening. While this may keep the doors closed, it is not an appropriate substitute for functioning locks and did not provide the level of security we expect in a vacation rental.

Was a wonderful stay. Very scenic. Host clearly put a lot of work and thought into it. Very clean. Host also accommodated us when we asked. No hidden surprises or weirdness. Would definitely stay again. Great job.
