Confortevole appartamento 2BR al 1 ° piano situato in una tranquilla strada residenziale di Historic Dilworth, a 5 miglia da Uptown. Perfetto per soggiorni a lungo o breve termine con una cucina completamente attrezzata, wifi e una veranda protetta per cenare e rilassarsi.

Il quartiere ha un mix di case signorili e bungalow artistici, molti costruiti nei primi anni del 1900, insieme a diverse aree commerciali vivaci che offrono un'abbondanza di ristoranti e negozi locali, rendendo Dilworth il quartiere pedonale più amichevole e pedonale della città.

Situato a solo 1,5 km dal quartiere centrale degli affari (Uptown), potrai raggiungere a piedi 3 parchi, due negozi di alimentari a servizio completo, oltre 40 ristoranti (tailandese, vegano / crudo, indiano, italiano, peruviano, nuovo Americano ecc.) La metropolitana leggera Lynx Blue Line è a soli 15 minuti a piedi, con treni che vanno direttamente in Uptown in 10 minuti. Il Carolinas Medical Center (Ospedale pediatrico di Levine) dista 4 minuti in auto o 15-20 minuti a piedi.

Gli eventi annuali nel quartiere includono il Festival greco, Festival in the Park, la gara ciclistica Dilworth Criterium.

Con così tanto a portata di mano e un ottimo accesso ai trasporti pubblici, non è necessaria l'auto, e molti dei nostri ospiti prendono semplicemente un taxi dall'aeroporto ed esplorano il quartiere a piedi.

This apartment photographs quite well, but it's showing its age inside. All of the fixtures are pretty cheap. It has everything you need, but it's just not as well cared for as when you rent a place that is owned by an individual, rather than a company. The communication was quick, but when we reported an issue about needing a new water filter, it was never confirmed that it was resolved. We had an okay time here, thus the 3 stars. The neighborhood is the biggest selling point of this property.

Pros: Lovely neighborhood, comfy bed, nice living areas, and for the most part very clean. Cons: Bathtub grout/caulk needs to be cleaned/replaced - there is mold. This is an older building and every morning and evening from the apartment above we were serenaded by heavy footsteps and other sounds (like moving furniture?? - we couldn't figure out what was going on).

We enjoyed our stay. The property was nicely outfitted with all the necessities (nice quality bedding and towels, bathing accessories, kitchen necessities,etc). The inclusion of wine and fruit was a welcoming touch. The only recommendation would be to find a TV service that consistently works. The current streaming service was difficult to watch and channels were limited. Otherwise, everything was great and we would stay again without hesitation.

There was a large amount of mold in the bathroom which prevented us from staying past one night. You could see that they painted over it and it came right through. Me and my daughters all felt sick from it.

How amazing of a treat this place turned out to be!!! Perfect location, friendly neighbors, close to bars, restaurants, shops and so much more. The house was so clean and beautifully decorated. The house was beyond amazing! Well stocked with goodies and very accessible communication with the host. My friend and I have found our go to in Charlotte! Amazing experience all the way around!!!

This property was perfect! The owners ensured we had everything we needed and more. It truly felt like a second home. Off street parking was a plus. The location was very convenient to many restaurants. Food Lion grocery was a 5 minute walk. I highly recommend staying at this location for your visit to Charlotte.

I stayed here with my father, and so we used both bedrooms. There is a single bathroom, two bedrooms (a king and two twins), a very comfortable livingroom/dining area, and a small kitchen. There is also a screened porch, off-street parking, laundry in unit, and basically, it's quite nice. The building dates back to the 1930s and the neighborhood is very walkable and cute. It's about a mile from the rapid transit line, or there is a nearby bus. Very convenient to uptown locations such as the convention center, football arena, etc. The proprieter stocked some items of convenience that we took advantage of -- a bottle or two of wine, some snacks, fruit, orange juice, coffee, plus some items to make a basic cocktail. We really appreciated this. I would very much recommend staying here.

This is our second time here and we love everything from the comfortable beds to the nice kitchen to the cozy living room and the beautiful screened in porch. A real bonus is being in short walking distance to so many Dilworth gems and a short drive or uber ride to all Charlotte has to offer. We will be back!
