Questo spazioso appartamento è nuovo di zecca e costruito nel 2016-2017 con una nuova cucina, pavimenti in legno e mobili nuovi. L'appartamento di 1.500 mq fa parte di una casa di 6.000 mq situata su un lotto d'angolo con una splendida vista sul lago Norman. Svegliati e vedi l'alba o rilassati sul molo e guarda il tramonto sul lago. Immergiti nella vasca idromassaggio per 7 persone mentre guardi il lago.

Portate la famiglia in questo rilassante e divertente get-a-way dalla vicina Charlotte. Godetevi l'accesso completo a una pista da paddle, kayak e canoa che può essere lanciata da una banchina coperta privata. Nuotate nella tranquilla baia senza la paura del traffico pesante della barca.

L'appartamento è completamente fornito con piatti, bocce e utensili. Un grande frigorifero e forno accolgono qualsiasi famiglia di dimensioni. Un Keurig è anche fornito per la tazza di caffè di mattina.

This property is just as described, it has amazing views of the Lake from every angle. It was very clean, well stocked and very cozy. Dawn and Steve were great host, very attentive and the communication was great. They ensured we were comfortable and they were available for any questions we had. The dogs were like family, we enjoyed them. Don't hesitate to book this property. We are alreadylooking for possible dates to return. We enjoyed our 5 night stay over the Memorial day Holiday. We will be back soon !!

This is our family’s HAPPY place! only 1 hour from home Now we are bringing our grandchildren to enjoy! Caruso’s Italian dinner was perfect for B-day! pontoon boat, tubing & hot tub was great fun with the family and we got take out from Scratch Kitchen

The lakefront apartment was perfect for our family getaway. Having access to a perfect spot on Lake Norman just made it that much more enjoyable and relaxing! The hosts were very gracious and communicative throughout. We hope to visit again soon.

Perfect location on Lake Norman. We have stayed here now several times on our way back and forth from Ohio to Florida. The neighborhood is peaceful and serene with spectacular lake views all around. The hosts are friendly and accommodating. The king bed in the master bedroom is beyond comfortable. This place is truly a gem. We’ll be back over and over again!

I cannot say enough as to the fabulous 3 days I had with one of my very best friends. It was a girls getaway. The beauty of the property and lakefront gorgeous and was just what we needed. The accommodations were excellent, and we so enjoyed the hosts Steve and Dawn, who made themselves available if we needed anything. They are without a doubt super hosts!! we enjoyed the firepit, the hot tub and especially their adorable 3 dogs. We highly recommend this property. Thank you Steve and Dawn!!!

My husband and I stayed here for two nights on our way down to Georgia. This was quiet and quaint and was just perfect. Hosts were super friendly. I didn’t read the entire review that there were 2 labs/dogs on the property however it was just fine! They were sweet!

I rented this as a girls night for my three daughters and me and the property was perfect! The location and lake frontage was beautiful and well equipped with life jackets, floats, kayaks, canoes and a paddleboard. The apartment itself was clean, lovely, comfortable and full equipped to meet all of our needs. We also very much enjoyed the hottub! We will definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved the apartment, has a very private entrance and patio. The host were very kind and friendly. My daughter and I enjoyed the hot tub. My son was sad to leave their 3 Golden Retrievers, who would come up for cuddles during our stay.
