**Please note. A smart phone is REQUIRED to access the property and apartment. This is the only way to enter. The property is 100% keyless. On the day of check in, we will reach out to you to get the phone number that we can send the LATCH app activation key to. Please download that LATCH app ahead of time so that your check in experience is seamless**

Prior to your check in date, pleae download the LATCH app via the App Store or Google Play. A smart phone is required to access the property. On the day of check in, we will reach out to you to request the best phone number to send the LATCH activation to. LATCH will serve as your key to get inside of the building as well as into your unit. It is very important to keep your smart phone on you at all times to move throughout the building.

We are available via call or text.You may also reach us via the Airbnb message thread. Expect a speedy response between the hours of 9am-10pm, 7 days per week.

***Please note. We provide parking for ONE vehicle. All additional vehicles must use street parking which is first come, first serve. Any cars found to be parked in attached lot without a parking pass will be towed.***

Failure to return parking pass at checkout will result in a $125 replacement pass charge. No exceptions.

-Maximum occupancy is 2. No more than 2 guests should occupy premise at anytime.
