Closely located to Noda, Optimist Hall, and local stadiums, this home is ideal for both work and leisure. This cozy, one-level home is perfect for both small families and larger groups, offering a comfortable, inviting space. The spacious backyard is ideal for entertaining, featuring a covered deck and a fully fenced area.

Located just 1.5 miles from the Brevard light rail station, the home provides easy access to Uptown Charlotte, North Charlotte (UNCC/Charlotte Motor Speedway), and South Charlotte (Fort Mill/Ballantyne) – all within a 30-minute drive.

Enjoy the convenience of provided linens, bath towels, kitchen towels, and extra bedding. A children's playpen with bedding is also available. The fully equipped kitchen includes a complete set of cookware, utensils, a blender, coffee maker with complimentary coffee and creamer, plus wine and cocktail glasses. For outdoor grilling, there's a gas grill in the backyard.

A perfect home away from home for the Thanksgiving week! Great location as it was close to everything NODA & Charlotte. This property was comfortable, clean & kid friendly. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood & beautiful backyard. We even took advantage of the outdoor fire pit. We will use this property again!

Wonderful place and location!

We loved it, it was a straight shot after you made one turn out of the neighborhood to Charlotte! Felt really homey would recommend the stay if you want to be close to Charlotte!

From NY to NC

This house was perfect for the four of us! It has everything needed to feel like home. Freshly painted, beautifully decorated, all the amenities you need, smart TVs, a grille, nice outdoyseating away from the bugs and a whole lot more! The hosts were fabulous, very responsive and made sure we were all set prior to hitting the road. We will definitely look to book again if traveling to the area. Book it, you won't be sorry!!!

Perfect location

We planned a weekend with friends and found this perfect home close to the city. It had everything we needed from shampoo to seasonings. We grilled out. We streamed movies. The house was clean. I loved it and highly recommend.

Work trip to Charlotte

This little house met our needs while on a business trip to Charlotte. The house was nicely decorated, very nice linens and towels. Comfy bed. One small bathroom but with a roomy and updated shower. Nice touches with coffee supplies, etc. We took our dogs along, and the back yard was a mess, making it less conducive to taking them out or letting them hang outside. They are renovating the deck and obviously working to improve the backyard, but currently it wasn’t a pleasant place. When it rained it was a giant mud hole. Due to the renovations there is no lighting out back so after dark we had to take the dogs on leashes to the front yard. They are also adding on another bathroom which will be nice when completed. The AC went out while we were there and the owner sent a repairman promptly. Once this property is fully renovated inside and out it will be very nice if this location fits your needs.

Wonderful House with Incredible View!

Beautiful three bedroom house, plenty of space and super clean. Wonderful kitchen and bathroom (shower was fantastic). Hosts are super friendly and timely with their responses, plus more than willing to help if something is an issue! They recently started construction on the back so they’re adding even more to the house! The neighborhood is beautiful, you can see the city from the street!! Definitely a wonderful place to stay in Charlotte, especially how close you are to Uptown!
