Your Charlotte adventure begins at this lovely 2-bedroom cottage. The cozy space features 2 queen beds, perfect for a relaxing stay. With amenities like AC, iron, and heating, you'll feel right at home. The bathroom includes a refreshing shower for guests to enjoy. Escape to this enchanting retreat and create beautiful memories during your stay. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. This cute and cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath home is just a few minutes walk into Uptown Charlotte! Home comes complete with all amenities to make your stay a welcome one. Easily walk to all sports stadiums, as well as bars, restaurants.
Our home is located in the historic neighborhood of Biddleville. The neighborhood is quaint and peaceful. We are lucky to have a beautiful view of the Uptown skyline.

We arrived about 1 hour after the 4pm checkin time due to some traffic. We were not provided with the access code so we called the Host contact # listed via website. He said that the rental was not cleaned &gave us the code so we could verify. Since it was not cleaned, after about 30 min of regrouping, he offered another property about 15 min away. Arriving, the rental was very very hot & we were all sweating badly as we got ready for an event we planned since February. We brought this to the Host attention & tried to make the best of the situation. The property seemed questionable on the outside but somewhat tidy on the inside. The bathroom had not been cleaned thoroughly or restocked on toilet paper upon arrival & the flooring throughout the entire home is very weak. We are grateful for the accommodation but it definitely seemed like a downgrade and huge inconvenience with lack of communication on the Host's behalf as we planned and timed our arrival and event preparations in advance.

We came to Charlotte for a concert at the Bank of America Stadium on a Saturday night and were super excited to have a somewhere to stay that was relatively close. Check in time was at 4pm but we didn’t arrive into the area until 6pm. About 10 minutes out I messaged the host because I realized there were no Check In instructions to access the property. He replied with “we are having plumbing issues”. I asked him what this meant for our stay and at this point we had arrived at the property and I had not received a reply. I called him and he said that there was a plumbing issue that was discovered during cleaning that could not be resolved and we couldn’t stay there that night. VRBO support helped with cancelling/refunding the stay. But I am disappointed with the lack of communication, especially when this was a known issue and not communicated even after the check in time. I understand emergencies happen, but please communicate in the future. There were no available accommodations within 30 minutes of Charlotte on such short notice.

We showed up at the house and the owner double booked the space. He was able to accommodate by sending us to another property across town, but not what we paid for or wanted. After asking for an accommodation or a new place we were told there was nothing he could do. Overall a pretty awful experience and no disrespect to the owner.

Property was not clean. Second couple choose to rent a hotel rather than stay at the property. Walls were scuffed and flooring was gapped. Interior doors did not close fully. Either heating did not work or the home did not retain the warmth. Thermostat read in the 50s throughout the night. Walls were thin on a corner property allowing outside sound to easily penetrate. Was not worth the cost of the stay.
