This was our first time at this hotel. We arrived and registered around 11:15 PM and was told how to go into the parking garage. We parked and then were not able to find the right entrance to the hotel elevator on the 3rd floor. The signs are not clear for hotel guests. As we attempted the find our way to then hotel room we ended up on the apartment leasing side. We didn't realize that these were appts and walked, and walked until we came to our room #. We were trying to unlock the door with our card when someone on the other side said" can I help you". Luckily, he was nice and told us we were on the wrong side of the building. We walked and walked again, trying different doors and ended up in a stair well on the 4th floor with 3 doors. 2 were exits but we were locked out because our key wouldn't work there. I tried calling the front desk and never got anyone to answer. Finally I tried the 3rd door which has no sign on it at all! We were back in the parking garage and finally had to walk across the parking garage and finally found our was back to your from desk on the 2nd floor. The gentleman then told us how to get to the hotel elevator and finally made it to our room. This whole thing took us over 30 minutes to finally find our room. Needless to say this was not the experience I expected from A Hilton property!

Home2 Suites by Hilton Charlotte Uptown, NC was a great place to call "home" for a great weekend. Awesome rooms coupled with professional, personable, friendly staff.

Really helpful staff members. We had a great stay here for an overnight. The pictures of the rooms do not give them justice. Rooms are more modern and clean than the pictures.

The room was so big and the cleanest we have stayed in. The breakfast was great! The beds were comfortable and the staff was so helpful. The down side was there were people stomping above us all night and loud people in the hallway at 3 a.m. that kept us up a lot of the night.

Just for starters the entry into the hotel was a little tricky. The parking garage is detached from the hotel so I recommend unloading at the door of hotel. Be sure to get your parking ticket from the front desk to get in and out of garage. The $20 fee is included with your stay. There was nothing eventful about this stay but the facility was nice and clean. Breakfast options were pretty good. Would like to see alternate milk options over dairy.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with Home2Suites Uptown CLT. The staff was extremely accommodating, warm, and welcoming. Check-in was smooth and the staff were super understanding even when I kept losing my key cards back-to-back. My room was spacious and great for 2 sharing the space but would work if needed for a part of 3-4 guests.

My daughter and I stayed overnight after attending a concert at the spectrum center. Everyone we encountered was so pleasant, the check in process was so easy, and parking was safe and accessible. Uptown is beautiful, well maintained, and within walking distance to everything, and this awesome little gem is nestled into the heart of it. We will come back again, the next time we don't feel like driving back after the show!

The night staff at this location were beyond helping in solving our booking issues. Unfortunately the entire city of Charlotte was completely booked the night our flight got cancelled, but the staff went to great lengths to ensure we had somewhere to stay. Beyond grateful for this team and their dedication to their people!!! The hotel room in itself was also immaculate as it was a suite with a kitchen, beautiful bathroom, pull out sofa, and bedroom area. The room was spotless and very comfortable for our unplanned stay. Highly recommend!!!

Where do we park?
Our stay was nice, comfortable beds and great breakfast buffet. Our hallway had a lingering, sour odor, but once reported, the front desk tried to rectify it. Last, we had a difficult time with parking and finding the lot (signage is not visible/large enough) we were lost until we parked in the grocery store parking lot and realized that hotel parking was on the 3rd floor. Also, the paid parking directions from the desk clerk were unclear. Overall the hotel stay was fine, but the parking situation needs to be clearer.

The property and room were both clean and I enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The parking took a minute to figure out but once you got it down it was a breeze and I like that they validated parking for you sine you were staying there that was a plus. Surrounding restaurants were good and within walking distance. I would stay here again.

Great hotel stay all-around.
Stayed uptown Charlotte at this hotel that was within walking distance from the Spectrum Center. The customer service, cleanliness, and comfort were great! I definitely would stay there again and recommend it to others.

The property was perfect for us. We were in town to the see the Panthers game and the location was perfect and the room was neat and clean. The only negative was due to contruction the entrance to the hotel was tricky to find and signage should be better.

Great place to stay for a long weekend to attend an NFL game. Close to the stadium, nascar hall of fame and restaurant options. Next to a whole foods and cvs for any needs. Had a great stay!

The overall hotel, room, and service was great. The folks that were partying in the hallway and banging on doors at 1:30am was not pleasant.

Birthday Trip GONE WRONG
I checked in on my birthday. I didn’t have my license or card for the verification, so I went back outside to retrieve it. However, I left my AirPods on the counter and I didn’t realize until I went out to concord. I tracked my AirPods all the way to the day I got them back which was the 31st. Once I asked about any lost AirPods, the people at the desk acted so dumbfounded. So my AirPods were at a Shell Gas station, then at a apartment , then they were on Johnson C. Smith University campus, and then the location was BACK at the hotel. By this time , im furious! I know I left them but courtesy of the Hotel employees , they should let someone know that before they leave. Also! I played the sound and marked them lost and the employee was saying how “she thought it was hers”, if it was hers, they would said her name. Apple always have a pop up notification that says “Not your airpods”, so that was mainly a lie. Then in the same sentence she says “I was looking up the name but nobody was named that in the hotel”. So I don’t know if yall support people stealing others property or not. I could see if I left them three days ago but twenty four hours is wild. If they are someone else’s property, why would you take them with you ? okay cool.
