“Great Customer Service by Duber and Forrest. I have stayed at this hotel probably 5 times over the last 4 or 5 years. It has been remodeled, and looks nice, but they took the ceiling fans out of the room which I would prefer they still had them. Also, the pool is usually closed whenever I am there--not sure why--but then the price should be lower. Breakfast was great though a "free-for-all" with no apparent line so there was some awkwardness.”

“There was a glitch in the entrance gate for self park. Help came immediately allows us to enter and just pay at check in. Original room held for us was not ready when we arrived at 5:00. Another room on a lower floor was offered and credit applied to our account. Honestly I would never have known. ”
