- Separate fridge for your own food, plus a glass-door beverage fridge stocked once per stay, on us
- Bar counter with stools for meals or work

BATHROOM
- Private bathroom with tub and shower, hairdryer, 650+ GSM bath linens and travel-size toiletries
- Iron and ironing board, fire extinguisher in the room

THE BASICS
Free parking (park anywhere; the front entrance is closest), dedicated WiFi, all utilities, and keyless self check-in with your own private door code. Check-in is 3:00 PM, check-out 11:00 AM. The gym, laundry, courtyard and fire pit are open to guests 24 hours. Longer stay? We can set up weekly housekeeping.

LOCATION
Bojangles Coliseum and Ovens Auditorium are about 4 minutes away. Approximate driving distances: Presbyterian Medical Center 3.4 mi (8 min), Spectrum Center 3.9 mi (9 min), Carolinas Medical Center 4.6 mi (12 min), Bank of America Stadium 5 mi (12 min), Charlotte Douglas Airport 10.2 mi (18 min), Carowinds 17.6 mi (30 min). Times vary with traffic and events. A good fit for travel nurses, adjusters and visiting teams.

KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK
- Hotel-style suite, no full kitchen
- Second floor: stairs, or the elevator beside them (built for wheelchair use, moves slowly)
- Smoke-free. Smoking and vaping only in designated areas and your own vehicle. Smoking inside the unit means a deep-clean and damage charge.
- Quiet hours start at 11 PM. No parties or events in the unit.
- Cameras cover the exterior, lobby, hallways, parking lot and courtyard. None inside the unit.
- Shared residential building: expect normal neighbor sounds in the halls, stairs and parking lot.
- Building improvements are in progress. Repair work may take place in common areas and other units, typically 8 AM to 5 PM. Your unit itself is finished and ready for you.
- Service animals welcome, no fee. One pet under 25 lbs with advance notice: $75 one-time fee per stay ($175 for stays of 28+ nights). An undeclared pet adds a $150 pet cleaning charge.
- Early check-in or late check-out up to 2 hours, subject to availability: $75 each on standard stays. Ask first and wait for written confirmation.
- A cleaning fee is charged once per stay.
