Nestled on a cedar and shale cliff along the highly sought-after Charlotte shores of Lake Champlain, is a modern lake house offering breathtaking views of Converse Bay and Vermont’s iconic Green Mountains. With 275 feet of private shoreline, luxurious amenities, and thoughtful touches, this is the perfect destination for relaxation and adventure.

A bluestone patio featuring an outdoor kitchen and a hot tub, perfect for relaxing under the stars.

Dining Room: Located on the other side of the fireplace, perfect for group meals.
Powder Room: A stylish half-bathroom off the dinning room.

Game Room & Bar: Includes a kegerator, wine cooler, ice maker, and a variety of cocktail glasses (sorry liquor not included).

Fourth of July w/ 3 families and toddlers - SUCCESS!

Beautiful home in an amazing location and setting - having the dock for our boat was fabulous and the bay is stunning. House had everything we needed for our 3 families with 6 children total - we cooked 3 meals a day in the kitchen which was very well equipped and fantastic. The outdoor sitting and dining area was so lovely and we enjoyed a lot of time out there. Movie room for the kids was so special and fun. The house had a great supply of beach towels which was a very thoughtful touch. And the host was very responsive and helpful with any questions. Would highly recommend and would rent again.
