The property is in a great location and very easy to find. The staff is friendly and breakfast was decent. The hotel exterior is in desperate need of pressure washing and maintenance. The hallways and elevator carpet/floors were very dirty and smelled bad. Our room was put together nicely, but very dirty and lacked preventative maintenance. It all presented itself as a hotel that was in need of an owner/management that cares. The door handles, doors, light fixtures, inside of toilets were very dirty. My family and I had to clean the room and spray the bedding and couch before we sat down and placed our items. I was very disappointed as this is not what I expected from Residences Inn.

Dear guest, I do apologize for the state of your room and the outside of our hotel. The hotel is under better management and all of the issues you mention are being addressed. Hopefully you will give us another chance in the future to make things right

Dirtiest hotel we have stayed in - the room was not clean at all - after a stay here I ended up with a respiratory infection and I truly think it was from the room we stayed in - The breakfast was fabulous though and Ms. Cynthia the cook was so helpful and welcoming. She made our morning great! She was the only good thing about staying here.

Hello, We do apologize about you not being able to get a handicap room. We do have handicapped features at this hotel but only a certain amount of rooms have those features. Again we do apologize for this and hope we can make it better in the future.

We took a family trip..there are restaurants in close proximity and stores. All within two mins of the suites..urban air sports is in walking distance..great place for family trips..family of four fit perfect with plenty of space..very quiet and peaceful during resting hours..we were very pleased❤️ and would definitely come back to this location.

One star property in a 5 star neighborhood
Room was gross. Ripped carpeting, kitchen cabinets falling apart, cigarette butts everywhere at the entrances. This is in a ver upscale are but the property is not being maintained. Payed top dollar and got the minimum. Breakfast was ok, not worth the money. Stay somewhere else

King suite was a great room. Bed very comfy. Hotel convenient to I77 but far enough away to be in a quiet location. Close to TONS of shopping & restaurants.

Property was clean, bathroom could use minor maintenance nothing terrible. The area is great because of all the shops and dining options available m. This is our second time staying at this property m, would stay there again.

It was quiet for the most part. Easy parking, friendly staff, accommodating of last minute changes to itineraries and somewhat informative of the area.

The a/c unit was loud and made the bed vibrate. (Sometimes a plus but not when you are trying to sleep.

It needs to be updated. Carpet ripped. Couch stained, cheap and uncomfortable. The closet was broken, drawers broken. Loved the bed, cleaning service once a week but didn't vacuum. Loved having a kitchen. Pool needs cleaning, grill caught on fire. Needs cleaning. Basically the place needs an overhaul.

I posted a Google review as well on the Marriott property direct. My complaint was about excessive noise from air handler in closet inside my room (locked). Mold smell when air was running, water stains on ceiling. Stop giving this room out. (Rm 224). Terrible experience @ a high price

The area and location was beautiful. In the room the carpet was frayed and there was spider webs and the jacuzzi was broken. The grab and go breakfast was very limited.

Average
Average hotel. Toilet was clogged and when the front desk was told she stated she would have maintenance look at it tomorrow. Had to use bathroom on first floor when having to have a bm. (We were on the 3rd floor) Had to call the next day and they came right up and fixed it. Nice outdoor firepit area. Only problem was it didn't work. Room was very nice but had to search down room cleaning cart to get more toilet paper, coffee, sugar, ect. Only clean rooms one day a week. Would have been an excellant stay if not for all the simple problems we had.

To high and to many animals
The staff here is amazing! However they allow pets and the stench is awful. I had to light candles and keep the air set low. I could hear dogs barking in the middle of the night. The people above me decided to have a party over in the morning and I had work the next day.
