Bellissimo cottage sul lago sul Norman, situato sulla Kiser Island Road a Historic Terrell, Carolina del Nord. Come nuovo - 2 BR / 2BA (*** PLUS *** Uso gratuito di Pontoon Boat con 7 Night Stay o 2 ore gratuite per giorno pagato - (gas e olio non inclusi) - (Nota: deve avere almeno 21 anni, rinuncia richiesto e tempo permettendo) - Al piano superiore soppalco, scala a chiocciola, splendida vista sul lago - 6 + 2 posti letto. Seminterrato della sala giochi - Sat TV, tavolo da poker, videogioco arcade (PM, DK, Galaga e altro), Corn Hole, giochi da tavolo. Attrezzi da pesca!

Lo spazio

Questa casa fa parte della tenuta di Kiser, situata in una zona ricca di patrimonio e adiacente alla "vecchia fattoria" che risale alla fine del 1800. Il Kiser Cottage è molto particolare in quanto le foto mostrano una vista completa sul lago, proiettato sul portico e una grande area giochi in giardino. Legno di cedro bello dentro e fuori con portico schermo e ponte enorme con vista sul lago. Servizi completi inclusi.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at Kiser Cottage and will definitely be back. House was very clean, good location, and access to water and views was great. Earl and Cheryl are great hosts with great communication. We look forward to returning and would highly recommend this and any other properties they host.

Family vacation

We enjoyed everything about our weeklong stay at the Kiser Cottage. The house was so unique, down to the spiral staircase leading up to the loft that our kids loved. The boat rental was so convenient, and we spent every afternoon/evening at the dock. Earl was a great host and we had everything we needed for a relaxing week at Lake Norman. Highly recommend this property!

Anniversary Getaway

The whimsical cabin settled among green grass, lovely trees and a minute from the lake with gorgeous sunset views was a wonderful retreat . The cabin was spotless and Earl and Cheryl were wonderful hosts attending to details. We appreciated the comfortable beds and the pontoon outside our door! We both observed how our grandchildren would love the diving board. Thank you for a relaxing getaway

Girls weekend getaway

Such a cute cottage!! We had so much fun and enjoyed all the lake property had to offer. Owner Earl came by with his sweet dog Luke to welcome us and offer any assistance. We had access to a paddleboard and kayaks as well as a diving board and Lily pad. Made for a nice relaxing girls trip! We'll definitely be coming back thank you!!

Loved It

This property is Amazing. My children loved running around and playing fishing from the dock, swimming, kayaking, all of it even the rainy days it was nice to hunker down and play games and watch movies . It was truly a blast. I'm so thankful we had amazing host who took care of us like family. Would defiantly recommend for family fun and a place to rest and relax.

Girls weekend

The house was wonderful - on beautiful land, with incredible access to and views of the lake, and so much available to us - boat, kayaks, paddle board and diving board. Plus enough towels and nice linens which are rare in rentals! The owner is working on a few house upgrades to add some privacy for visitors. We didn’t need it but would be helpful for couples. Highly recommend. Thank you Earl and family!

Great Host

There were a few technical issues while there, but Earl responded to them very quickly so that they had very little impact on our stay. Things are going to happen from time to time, the true test is how your host responds to them. Earl went above and beyond getting them resolved quickly!!!

Overall we had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay! This location in my opinion is one of the best on the lake! Lastly, and most importantly, the property owner was fantastic to deal with! Great guy who was extremely welcoming!

Beautiful Lake Norman Cottage

The lake cabin was wonderful!! Clean. The views of the lake were perfect… we never left the property except to go to Publix a few times. My 13 yo loved the diving board off the dock and the boat was great to have at our disposal whenever we wanted to go out. Earl was an amazing host who helped us with anything we needed. We will definitely be back again. Beautiful cabin, breathtaking Lake Norman and amazing host all add up for a perfect vacation!

The most perfect lake house ever!

A group of friends and myself traveled down to Charlotte to celebrate the Fourth of July and visit a friend who moved down this year. First let me say - Earl and his family are amazing! The house sits on the middle of the their family compound and multiple generations play a role in its success. Although some may be put off by reading that there are family members in the first floor apartment or neighboring houses - don’t be! This family was so sweet, the most helpful and will also give you your space/privacy if that’s your vibe (we also didn’t see the couple the lives downstairs once- it’s like you have the whole place to yourself). We had 3 couples and 2 brothers on the trip and this house was perfect! The rooms are very large and each floor had their own full bathroom. It’s an open concept house that’s hard to conceptualize online but the layout is perfect for hanging out together all day and then having privacy at night. The house also has a beautiful deck and screened in porch that could fit your whole group while everyone enjoys a nice morning cup of coffee or a evening night cap. We also rented Earls pontoon boat to take out on the 4th and it was a dream. It comfortably fit our entire group and we had a blast out on the lake. Although it’s an older boat compared to local rentals it has everything you need for a day on the water and the sound system is brand new! We arrived before checkin in so we could maximize our time on the water and Earl was very accommodating. He allowed us to drop our bags and put groceries in the fridge before hitting the lake. When we returned in the afternoon the house was IMMACULATE!!! The ladies who tidy up this place take a ton of pride in doing so and it was just the nicest thing to come “home” to. There is a Publix and ABC store 7 minutes down the road so grocery runs were a breeze (there are hardly any Ubers/Lyfts available so I suggest renting a car). Our entire group had the BEST time here and haven’t stopped talking about it since. We are already planning our next trip down! 10/10 would recommend staying here if you are looking for the perfect lakeside getaway!

The right balance

We found Lake Norman the perfect balance of low key and fun stuff to do. This property offers breathtaking views, direct access to the lake, and a terrific yard for fun right at the house. We rented the boat which was a highlight of our trip. The house needs some work and Earl is aware and working to make improvements. Earl was very responsive and offered solutions to all the issues we faced. We appreciate his dedication to making this trip a memorable one.

Overall review

Proper manager was very friendly. I expected it to be nicer. Property needs some work. Did not plan on having to change out the batteries in the smoke alarm myself. Also it would be nice if there were actual door handles on the inside of the sliding glass doors. As listed pets are not welcome but the property owner made an exception for my service dog. However, I didn’t expect the property owner to add on an additional cleaning fee for having a service animal and I’m pretty sure by doing so that violates some federal laws. Also it would of been nice if there wasn’t dog poop all over the backyard and smashed into the ground from the individuals living on the ground floor of this property

Family Get Together

Amazing Lake Getaway!

The lake house was amazing!! My family and I had a great getaway at the lake house. Earl is the best host and super cool guy! The house was clean and came with everything you could possibly need. The dock is the best part and where we spent most of out time. We will definitely be back for another vacation!
