Perfect space for small groups of friends or families who want to be close to the Charlotte's vibrant city-life or those who are going to Bojangles or Ovens' concerts. Trendy Style Duplex with comfortable beds, Smart TV's, WIFI, FREE parking, fully stocked, updated kitchen that features stainless steel (dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator), and a Keurig coffee machine. Professionally cleaned in between stays, Self-check in.

Each bedroom has a California King sized bed, Additional sleeping space includes a Pull-out couch (queen size). Highchair, pack-n-play are also available. Need to check emails? We have a desk area with fast internet speeds in this 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom duplex.

Minutes to uptown, Novant Health Presbyterian Center, & walking distance to Bojangles Coliseum, Ovens Auditorium and Park Expo Center.

Our stay was fun and quiet, but there were some hiccups. PROS: *The house is cute and has very comfy beds with extra pillows & blankets if needed. *The rooms are good sized and have lots of outlets for everything you need to charge. *The kitchen had everything we needed (we did not cook any meals, so I can't speak to that) CONS: *We had a hard time getting into the property for the first time which was quickly fixed with a call to the owner. *The parking in the front of the home is up a short, slightly steep hill that we could not get the suv up as the loose gravel kept making us slide. Parking for 2 vehicles was not bad on the flat area, but any more cars would have been an issue. *There is no central air, just a few window units which couldn't really keep up with the heat during the 5 days we were there. (NOTE: we did not report these issues to the owner as they could not be fixed during our stay) To Owner: -When loading the dishwasher, we found dishes inside it that we assumed were clean. But we realized that they were not as the dishwasher pod was still unused in the inside holder.-We just added the dirty dishes to ours- not a huge deal, just FYI.

Nice place to stay

My friend & I stayed here because we were attending a concert at the Bojangles Coliseum. This place is within walking distance and was an easy 10-minute walk. This is a Duplex. My friend & I thought it was a standalone house. The bedrooms of the house in front are connected to the living room & kitchen of the house behind. We stayed at the place from Thursday to Saturday. Friday night, the people in the house behind us, had friends over & stayed up until 3am talking & laughing (obnoxiously loud). So, it was a little hard to sleep. The beds are super comfortable & the when the door to the bedroom is closed, you cannot hear anything from the other rooms. The people in the houses around it are courteous and friendly. In the description, after we booked the place, it said we could park in the front of the house, but the "driveway" has been washed out by rain. So, unless you have a 4-wheel drive, you will have to park on the side of the house because the neighbors to the right of the house, block off the driveway with cones.Otherwise, it was a great place to stay & we felt very safe.

Nest Bojangles Arena and Mid Town

Went to a hockey game at Bojangles Arena. Was able to walk to the game. The property was decent. Parking on site was a little tight. Also, it is very noisy all a round the house. The place was clean and had comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen.

Property is an absolute gem...will return

Absolutely loved this property. My teenage daughter and I stayed while competing at the Charlotte Convention center, and the location was perfect. It was just enough out of downtown for us to relax and recharge during the evenings, but close enough to get downtown via Uber or a rental car very easily. The two large king beds were so wonderfully comfortable. I thought they might be too firm at first, but they worked so perfectly, I’m thinking of ordering the same mattress for my home. I slept so very soundly all 4 nights we were there. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with most everything we needed for cooking and cleaning up after each meal. We rarely eat out when we compete, so this was very nice. Also, cabinets were labeled with contents, making it so easy to locate needed items. Even light switches were labeled. There were TVs in every room which was very nice, and though we are snow birds from a colder state preferring cooler temps, I found regulating the temperature in the home very easy. Parking on the property was very easy….just parked right in front of the home in the gravel driveway. I even left our athletic equipment in the car overnight at times, and it was completely safe. There’s a gas station very close to the propety for refueling a rental car….very helpful. There were several grocery stores within a few miles of the property, including a Walmart less than two miles away. Washer, Dryer, easy access, great communication with host.

Charlotte weekend

The property was clean and matched the description. The location was close to the city and steps away from Bojangles stadium. We visited Reed Mine and went to District 57. Optimist Hall was great too. I recommend this rental for small families.

Avett New Year's Eve

We booked this property because of its proximity to Bojangles Coliseum since we had tickets to the Avett Brothers New Year's Eve show. We really enjoyed our stay and it was a super easy walk to the building. Great communication from the manager. Excellent stay and would recommend to anyone!

Perfect for a concert weekend

We stayed here to see Daughtry at the Oven Auditorium and it was the best location because we were able to save on parking and traffic by simply walking to the venue! The apartment itself was cozy and clean. No complaints from us here. The owner even contacted us to make sure check in went smoothly and to let us know to contact them if we needed anything! Will definitely keep an eye out for any future concerts we attend close by!
