“Went to the counter to ask about what to do with luggages if we can’t do an early check in and the staff in the counter sounded irritated and pointed out to the locker area without speaking nor giving any instructions. Room was clean but a little small with no table to put stuff, air conditioning doesn’t seem to work properly and the bathroom only has a sliding door that you can peep inside so there was no privacy. But the good side of it, it was accessible to a lot of restaurants and stores,...

“Very comfortable room close to the Coex Mall and Exhibition Center. The hotel is very quiet and provided with the basic amenities. Gym is tiny but ok. The rooms are small but clean. The position is very strategic at few steps from the Coex center and airport limousine bus station. The area is full of restaurants. The only drawback are the air conditioning very close to the bed and the expensive breakfast.”
