“スタッフさんの対応はとても良く気持ちよく滞在できました。ドリンクや軽食のサービスもとても良かったです。近くには食堂が豊富で便利です。ちょっと歩きますがkspoドームのライブ参戦には良いと思います。部屋からロッテワールドタワーが見えて良かったです。部屋の広さも１人の宿泊にはちょうど良いです。チャムシル方面に来るときはまた利用したいです。”

“I reserved two rooms for my family. We checked in at midnight but rooms weren't ready. We waited one hour for them to have one room ready. The other room was ready at 2:30 am. One room smelled like urine, the other room smelled like smoke. Front desk clerk left one room open with the key in the room. He called us and told us to just go to the room. Stairs were blocked by cleaning cart. I felt very unsafe and I showed my kids where and how to exit in case of emergency. Only two small...

“Very comfortable room close to the Coex Mall and Exhibition Center. The hotel is very quiet and provided with the basic amenities. Gym is tiny but ok. The rooms are small but clean. The position is very strategic at few steps from the Coex center and airport limousine bus station. The area is full of restaurants. The only drawback are the air conditioning very close to the bed and the expensive breakfast.”
