You can't beat the location of Hill Street House and its proximity to all that Charlottesville has to offer! Walk to the stadium to catch a UVA game, or stroll on over to Fry's Spring station for some pizza. This 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath home is cozy and convenient for your C'ville adventure!

The Hill Street house is nestled on a corner lot with a fully fenced front yard as well as an outdoor patio to gather with friends and family. The cozy living room opens up to the dining room and kit

The cozy living room opens up to the dining room and kitchen which are perfect for game nights and catching up. Three bedrooms are located upstairs, all with queen beds and luxurious linens. Here’s a refined and well-structured version of your review that keeps your original sentiments while enhancing clarity and flow:---The home is absolutely lovely, with plenty of amenities to make our stay comfortable. The smallest bedroom didn’t have a fan, so it did get a bit warm at times. There is one full bathroom upstairs, which works fine for families but could be something to consider if you're traveling with a larger group. That said, the half bathroom downstairs was a convenient option for anyone waiting to use the main bathroom.The spacious office was a great bonus—perfect for remote work. The neighborhood is peaceful, and we found the neighbors to be very friendly. There are a few eateries within walking distance, and grocery stores are just a short drive away.Overall, I highly recommend this home!

Clean, Comfortable Stay Near UVA with Great Outdoor Space

The property was clean, tastefully decorated, and included a charming back patio with a Solo Stove that we enjoyed using. It's conveniently located just minutes from UVA's campus, nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood. Everything in the home functioned perfectly. Our only suggestion would be to consider a larger refrigerator, as the current one might be a bit small for a family staying for an extended period.

Great property!

This house was perfect for our family! It was so CLEAN! Never saw one bug- which is saying something for Virginia in the spring! It was well equipped with sound machines, travel crib and portable high chair! It is a very walking friendly street, so there were several families and dogs walking by frequently. We would definitely stay here again!

Great House

Hard to imagine a much better experience than my family had at this property. The house is clean and well furbished and decorated. Although the house is small, the way that it is laid out and furnished makes it feel probably twice as spacious as it actually is. It's easy to find your own space to relax without waking up or bothering the kids. It's an incredibly kid friendly house with kids books and toys. Really well maintained home. A short drive to pretty much anywhere in Charlottesville. Would book again anytime.

We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if ever in the Charlottesville area. The house was clean, nicely decorated and not far from UVA where some of us spent a lot of our time due to the nature of our visit.

Fabulous weekend!

This house is fabulous! We visited our son at UVA and had a great time at this house. It is clean, well stocked, and the beds are very comfortable! It is walking distance to some restaurant and UVA grounds. We loved it!

perfect stay in charlottesville

The house is beautifully appointed and adorable. It was perfect for a small reunion with three friends - we each had our own bedroom and all the rooms and amenities were wonderful.
