A beautiful Property located only one block from the Historic Charlottetown downtown. This property is the lower part of a duplex. You may hear steps and noises coming from the unit above from time to time. This location is premiere and is only 1 block from all restaurants, cultural and entertainment districts. Nestled in on a very quiet residential neighborhood yet close to all things that will make your Ch'town experience one to remember.
*no early check-in or Late check-out on HIgh Season

Recently renovated duplex located in the historic Charlottetown less than a block away from Queen St and the famous Victoria row with pubs, restaurants and cafes.
The house as 2bd with ensuite bathrooms.

Access is from the alley on the left of the property. You can park at the back and use the side door to access the unit. You will be provided with an access code.

Perfect location in a very quiet neighbourhood in Downtown Charlottetown. Older homes and churches nearby and only a 5 minute walk to all shopping, entertainment, theater and the historic Charlottetown Waterfront.

Charlottetown is a great place to get out and walk around. Walking tours are available from the tourist information center on Water street only 2 minutes away. From the front steps of the property you can walk anywhere around the city and only 2 blocks from the Charlottetown Boardwalk and waterfront.
Also all major bus routes only steps from apartment front door.

This is the lower part of a duplex. It is an historic house in Charlottetown, renovated yes, but you will still be able to hear the guest on the second floor form time to time. If you are very sensitive to noises this might not be the right place for you.

Guests receive a full refund for cancellations 30+ days before check-in, 50% up to 15 days prior, and no refund within 14 days; a 4% processing fee is always non-refundable.
Quiet times are 9 pm - 9 am are strictly enforced.
No Parties or large gatherings.
Only registered guests during quiet times.
1 Pet allowed up to 25lb
Pets are not allowed on sofas and beds and cannot be left unattended.
No seafood cooking (including lobster) in the house.
No Smoking (250$ fee)

Friendly, communicative host and a cozy, welcoming space that genuinely feels like a home away from home in the heart of Charlottetown. Being truly pet friendly and within easy walking distance of great food and entertainment makes this an ideal base for enjoying the city. This was a return stay and would happily be booked again, especially for travellers who value both privacy and a central location.

Everything you need for a very comfortable stay in a perfect location. Having the bedrooms with their own bathrooms is a great set up. Kitchen is well appointed with everything you need-good quality stuff! Plenty of room to enjoy yourselves. Host was very open and communicated well with us. Would definitely book this place again!

The sort of ongoing messages from my host were great, and so welcome, because due to airline delay, I arrived over 9 hours later than expected, and in the rain and dark. Also, I was alone as my traveling companion backed out last minute. Having the host "keeping and eye out" for me was really comforting. I snuggled into home sweet home quite quickly, because the property is lovely, and welcoming right away.

The location of the propertyt is excellent. You are within walking distance of all the major attractions in Charlottetown and 3 minutes from the waterfront. The apartment was clean and the bedrooms large and the beds comfortable. Check in and out was seamless.

Very convenient location. Steps to Queen St right at the heart of downtown. We left the car and walked to the water front. A clean and nice little house. We enjoyed the two nights stay at the lower unit. The unit have all we need for the stay. Easy parking at the back. Owner is very responsive. We heard some noise from the upper unit in early morning, but not for long.
