The space
This modern, open-concept suite offers a seamless balance of work, comfort, and relaxation.

The Living Space: Features a comfortable lounge area with a conversion futon and gorgeous French doors that open directly to the backyard, flooding the room with natural light and fresh air.

The Kitchenette: Perfect for light meal prep, it is equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, modern sink and your premium Keurig coffee station.

The Sleeping & Workspace Suite: Tucked away from the main living area, the private bedroom features an adaptive layout with both a double bed and a twin bed, plus a bright, dedicated desk looking out into our quiet neighborhood.

The Bathroom: A clean, updated private bathroom with a granite vanity, bright lighting, and fresh towels.

Upstair. Our family (3 kids: 16, 13 and 7 years old) live on the upper level. You might hear a little noise, however we do our best to make your stay comfortable.

Guest access
Guests enjoy an entirely integrated, private layout between the main living area/kitchenette and the separate bedroom suite. Your private bathroom is located just off the living area and is accessed via a brief internal hallway. While this short connector hallway is a shared transition space within the property, your designated bathroom, rooms, and workspace are 100% exclusive to you and are never shared with anyone else.

You can come and go with total independence via your secure, private walk-out entrance. Keyless digital self-check-in details and your unique entry code will be sent to you 24 hours prior to arrival.

Layout & Privacy Details: To ensure an absolutely perfect stay, please note our exact layout: the bedroom connects directly and privately to your living room/kitchenette space. To access your private bathroom from the living room, you will step briefly into a short shared hallway. Your bathroom and rooms are entirely dedicated to you, but you will use this shared corridor to access the bathroom facility.

Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful environment for our wonderful neighbors, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
