Questo condominio sul lungomare si trova letteralmente ai margini del bellissimo porto e porto di Charlottetown. Questo soleggiato e lussuoso condominio si trova a pochi passi da ottimi ristoranti, arte e cultura presso il Confederation Center of the Arts e molti pub, birrerie e locali notturni locali.

Parlando di camminare, il pittoresco sistema di sentieri pedonali di Charlottetown Boardwalk passa davanti all'edificio dello Studio per un facile accesso per correre o camminare. Questi sentieri si collegano anche al sistema Confederation Trails, molto più grande e famoso, un percorso pedonale e ciclabile in comune che d'estate va da un'estremità dell'isola all'altra. È nato quando le Ferrovie furono abbandonate nel 1989 su PEI. Fall stay in Charlottetown

We were in town for USports Rugby and foynd this fantastic condo! Easy walk to to great restaurants and pubs. Great harbour view. The guest guide in the condo was very helpfull too. Definitely recommend this accommodation!

A Perfect Spot

The condo was a great location, with a view of the harbour. We loved watching the cruise ships come and go. The balcony was a perfect place to sit in the evening, not to mention an excellent view of the Harvest Full Moon during our stay. Parking was perfect, and we enjoyed the ease of coming and going with the car. All the downtown shopping and dining are within walking distance. The unit was impeccably clean, and we appreciated it! We are going to try and make it a yearly visit, as we love all the PEI has to offer. Many thanks to our hosts!

Good spot if you like to be in the buzz of the city

We had a great long weekend. The location is convenient if you don't mind noise at night, and the condo is well appointed and clean. My only complaints: (1) Air conditioning: There's a wall unit in the main living area and a noisy one in the MBR. The second BR is not air conditioned. On warm evenings, that makes for an uncomfortable sleep in the second BR. (2) Maintenance: A toilet that runs on all day and all night; and bedroom doors that don't stay shut. The latter is a problem as on cooler evenings we could open the windows but then the doors fly open and slam closed. The laundry room door also doesn't stay shut.

Great centralized location with great water views!

We had a wonderful stay here while in Charlottetown. The condo location was perfect for my family as it was central to all the shops and restaurants in Historic Downtown Charlottetown. There was so much for us to see and do and it was nice to be to able to leave the car and walk around the area. The condo’s balcony was our favourite place to gather as a family. It was perfect for morning coffees and evening drinks. We even were able to watch a cruise ship dock in the port. The owners were very attentive to our questions and requests and were extremely responsive. I would definitively book this condo again if I was to return to the Island. The only comment I have is the listing said there were 3 bathrooms, but there are only 2 full baths. But not a huge deal.

Amazing June Vacation!

Property and location are perfect! Condo is very well maintained and organized, everything looked new. Five minute or less walk to shops, food and entertainment. We would often find ourselves just enjoying the view and watching the world go by. Excellent location to base your PEI visit out of with day trips to Cavendish, Georgetown and more.

Beautiful condo, perfect location!

The condo was everything we could have hoped for - secure, quiet, comfortable, immaculate, and exceptionally well-equipped. The lovely view of the harbour was the icing on the cake. There were wonderful restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity, the Visitor Information Centre was right next door, and downtown Charlottetown was within easy walking distance. It was a great home base for exploring other parts of the Island too. Ideal location for our first trip to PEI! Thank you, Susan and Danny!

Spacious PEI condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Charlottetown. The condo was like “coming home” after our days of beach walking and hiking. Its location makes it very easy to navigate to all destinations on the island. There are numerous excellent restaurants nearby and it is well equipped for eating in. We highly recommend it. Anniversary getaway to Charlottetown, PEI

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our holiday to Charlottetown! Danny’s condo unit is located in an ideal location for all the activities and sights of Charlottetown. Check in was without drama and Danny was quick to help me out when I realized I made a mistake in our check out date! Fortunately he could accommodate us adding another night with very little notice! Location location location

Great unit in a very clean and quiet building. Large enough for 2 couples sharing. Lots of thought went into this by the owners by way of furnishings and amenities nothing to do but enjoy. The condo has a fantastic view of the harbour short easy walk along the boardwalk and downtown. Lots of restaurants and pubs, shops to choose from. I would highly recommend it to anyone. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Charlottetown.

September Getaway

This was our 2nd time staying here and as before we really like staying here as you simply cannot beat the location. The property is clean, well equipped with comfortable beds and free parking and you can walk anywhere downtown. During our stay 7 cruise ships visited which was great fun people watching from the balcony and these ships were so incredibly quiet. Watching them dock was fascinating. During our stay the weather was unseasonably warm and humid and since both bedrooms have west facing windows it means the rooms can get quite warm. Fortunately there are ceiling fans and portable fans in both bedrooms which helped because the temperatures did not drop off at night so of the 5 nights we were there opening windows was only possible 1 night. The A/C unit is located in the living/kitchen area and does not reach the bedrooms. There is nothing that can be done about this and it certainly doesn't detract from the joy of the property it is just a quirk of the building design.

Charlottetown Visit

Property is located on the water with a great view. It is within walking to all of Charlottetown’s amenities.The only draw back is dealing with VR BO. They over charged us for the taxes & were very difficult to deal with. There solution to the problem was cancell & get a refund…. Totally unacceptable & unprofessional.we will never deal with VRBO again!!!
