The Waterfront "King" Suite is an open concept space ground floor access directly into the condo suite. The "Galley" kitchen is fully stocked with all modern appliances and amenities. Sit back in the large bright living space and enjoy the comfort of this waterfront condo. The bedroom has a comfy King size bed and plenty of closet and storage space. The bathroom has a large tiled shower and vanity. The suite if fully air conditioned for your comfort and enjoyment. The large waterfront patio is directly on the waterfront. You are literally steps to the waters edge from the front door of this beautiful suite. The view is breathtaking and the patio area will be a tempting part of your time spent in this beautiful condo.

There is also a complimentary washer and dryer in the suite for your convenience. There is a smart TV as well as free wifi throughout the condo.



Guest Access:

You will have full access to the entire private condo. You will also have full access to the the Waterfront grass area and the beach area in front of the condo. Relax at the waters edge in the chairs provided.



The Neighborhood:

This Benjamin Davies Condo is right on the Charlottetown Waterfront. You can sit on the patio and watch the sail boats and cruise ships sail by. It is located right next to the Charlottetown Yacht Club where you can relax and enjoy the Charlottetown Waterfront.

The "Boardwalk" is located right outside the condo where it will take you on a unique walking experience to many fun things that Charlottetown has to offer.

It is located only 2 blocks from famous Victoria Row and its entertainment area with many shops and is only a 5 minute walk.

Whether you want to park your car in the free parking area and walk or if you want to drive, this beautiful Condo has everything to make your vacation relaxing and enjoyable.



Getting Around:

Getting around is a breeze from our waterfront condo! You'll find free parking available on both the premises and the street, making it easy to explore Charlottetown. The Confederation Centre of the Arts and Victoria Row, with its shops and entertainment, are just a short walk away. For those arriving by air, the Charlottetown Airport (YYG) is approximately a 10-minute drive. Public transportation options are readily accessible, with bus stops located within a few blocks, providing convenient access to various parts of the city. Enjoy the freedom to explore Charlottetown with ease!

Please note: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. We kindly request that you respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This is a quiet property, and parties or large gatherings are not permitted. For the comfort of all guests, please refrain from cooking seafood (including lobster) inside the condo. Only registered guests are allowed during quiet hours. Free parking is available on the premises and on the street. We are happy to assist with any questions you may have during your stay.
