“The staff at the hotel were amazing. The Hotel was very clean and tidy, located in a very central area.
The room was smaller than I thought it would be but was very comfortable. Shower in the room was a bit strange but manageable.
From a personal point of view, sharing toilets with other guests is not ideal.”

“Ansicht ist das Hotel in Ordnung und der Gastgeber war freundlich genug. Allerdings ist die Rezeption sehr limitiert geöffnet ohne eine Option einer Art 'Remote Check-In' zu haben. Weiterhin ist WLAN-Access ein bisschen umständlich. Der gegebene Grund dafür war 'zur Sicherheit der Gäste'. Viele Hotels können diesen Grund auch angeben, jedoch ist WLAN-Access nicht so umständlich. Des Weiteren war Bettwäsche nur auf einer Hälfte des Doppelbetts im Hotelzimmer. “All'arrivo ci danno la chiave, arriviamo in camera e la troviamo sporca, letti disfatti, asciugamani in terra, quindi per scusarci ci hanno assegnato una deluxe vista lago. Molto ampia, non pulitissima, ma vedere l'alba sul lago è bellissimo. Bagni pulito e moderno. In stanza manca il frigorifero. Colazione a buffet discreta, ottima vista anche da qui. Hotel molto rilassante. È stata una meta solo per spezzare il viaggio ma se volete soggiornare a Horst dovete sapere che non offre molto. Meglio...
