It comprises a main house with a living room, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a dining area (6 chairs), a lounge area with two sofas, a television, and Wi-Fi. Heating is provided by a wood-burning stove, and there is reversible air conditioning. You will have access to two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), and one bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm), as well as a shower room and a toilet.
Outside, there is a second building with a dormitory upstairs featuring two queen-size beds (160x200cm) and a separate toilet.
Outside, you can enjoy the private swimming pool, open from May to October (8x4m, 1.40m deep, saltwater, unheated), secured by a safety cover. You will also have access to a pool house with a ping-pong table/garden table, darts, basketball hoop, bar, gas stove, double sink, beer tap, refrigerator, extra crockery, shower and toilet; and a pétanque court. This gîte is located very close to the village of Château l'Évêque and near Périgueux, a designated 'City of Art and History' (St. Front Cathedral, Tour de Vésone, Gallo-Roman circuit, Medieval-Renaissance circuit, Mataguerre Tower, museums, etc.), and 16 km from Brantôme, "The Venice of the Périgord" (abbey and village). Also not to be missed: the castles of Bourdeilles and Puyguilhem, the Villars cave, the village of St. Jean de Côle (Floralies on the weekend of May 8th), the Truffle Ecomuseum and truffle trails in Sorges.

In the village, a small market is held every Sunday, 700 meters from the house. There is also a bakery/grocery store, a medical center with a pharmacy, and a hairdresser. Two city bikes are available.
