“Don’t know where to start , fantastic and easily the nicest accommodation of any we stayed at in France. The owner hosts are very nice and have done an amazing job with this property. Five rooms in total avaiable for guests , it never felt crowded or uncomfortable. Beautiful gardens and pool to relax and enjoy close proximity to restaurants and a five min walk to the famous Libourne Market. Parking out front free on weekends 5.00 euro on other days . “We arrived at Domaine du Chauvet after a long drive from Spain. Mr Jabali was the perfect host: he was very welcoming and he prepared us an excellent meal at a time to suit us. The building is beautiful with a decor of stone, wood and white linen. Parking is safe and secure behind electric gates. Our bedroom was small but very comfortable. Next morning we had the best breakfast ever - pastries ,bread, fruit , cereal, coffee, tea, juice. We would definitely stay here again!”

“My husband and I had an incredible stay at Chateau De Ferrand! We stayed for only one night and the room, food, wine, and hospitality were out of this world! We wish we could have stayed longer. Balthazar and Elliot were very attentive, kind, and even gave us recommendations for the next stop on our trip. The views of the vineyards were lovely and it was quiet and serene. If you have the opportunity to stay here, take it!”

“ Merveilleuse rencontre avec Marie et ses animaux ! La propriété est magnifique et extrêmement reposante. Marie est au petit soin avec ses hôtes, mais rien est forcé, on sent la bienveillance naturelle.. on est repartis avec des figues fraîches (cueillies par Marie) et le ventre bien rempli d’un somptueux petit déjeuner ! “Dall'ingresso del corridoio delle camere, fino a dentro la stanza, si avvertiva una forte puzza nauseante di umido misto fumo. La puzza mi ha purtroppo accompagnato per tutta la notte. In oltre la pulizia della camera era orribile. Nel bagno vi erano peli-capelli sul pavimento. Se non fosse per l'orario e per la stanchezza, avrei cambiato hotel. ”

“The proprieter and his wife are very interested in pleasing their guests. The accommodation was quite lovely..........but up a steep flight of circular stairs. It lacked a seating area and a chest of drawers. The home-made jams ere wonderful when matched with the fresh croissants in the morning.”
