“I used the pool for my son twice , it was quiet and we stayed for a week . We were out all day we went there to sleep. It was safe and we didn’t have any problems.”

“Hot water didn’t work, room smelled like smoke and floor was filthy. This area of Seattle is very rough and was a huge amount of drug usage/prostitution in/around hotel.”

“The check-in staff was welcoming and friendly. The property was not very clean. There was garbage stacked up in the corners of the stairways, hair in my bathtub and urine drops on my toilet. The rooms seem pretty shabby and worn. Some of the other guests were extremely loud, with one guest at the end of my hallway leaving his door open all day and the TV blasting. “My biggest issue with the property was the non working elevator at building 2. I believe that the elevator has been out of commission for some time and there is no plan on fixing it. My party had 4 seniors adults who need handicap assistance and none was avaliable. We were put on the 2nd floor but it was like going up 3 levels stairs. This was unacceptable but we had few options.
