Each room is well equipped and decorated for both people and pups. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Off season rates are quite a bargain given excellent breakfast and no pet surcharges. I saw this old knot in a tree and then looked inside. It was a bird's home. But part of me thought on the novel, 'To kill a Mockingbird' and the knot in the tree where Jem and Scout traded things with Boo Radley. Then the light changed, creating this interesting halo, as if to highlight the knot.
