La camera , al secondo piano,era raggiungibile solo tramite scale,in quanto ascensore non presente. Con le valigie non siamo stati aiutati. Il soggiorno nel complesso è stato buono anche la colazione discreta, la cosa più antipatica si è verificata il secondo giorno in quanto non hanno rifatto la camera e sostituito gli asciugamani. “We had a very nice stay at the Best Western Laval. The staff were friendly and attentive. The morning breakfast buffet was very good. The pool area seemed a little run down though and was very crowded and loud on the weekends with hockey families. We were staying on Thursday & Sunday nights as well so it was quiet and we had the pool to ourselves on those nights!”

We taped a facecloth over the switches and that worked. Gym was excellent. Breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable.
