Welcome to our spacious villa located in the heart of Provence Verte (Var), perfect for families or stays with friends. With 8 beds and 2 bathrooms with toilet + 1 independent, it offers all the necessary comfort for a friendly and relaxing stay. All on a 2500m2 plot of partly fenced. You will be the only occupants of the premises.

The bedrooms are air-conditioned for optimal comfort in summer and the bright rooms open to nature and outdoor living spaces. One of the bedrooms can be modulated into 1 double bed or 2 single beds on request. A baby cot and a high chair are provided. Sheets and household linen are available. Bring pool towels.

You will enjoy a large outdoor area perfectly designed for rest and activities with heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, playground (springboard, swing, petanque, table tennis, badminton, ball games...). Swimming pool and jacuzzi secured by regulatory alarm.
A form for the provision of alarms must be signed on arrival.

Numerous outdoor spaces with covered and shaded terraces. Outdoor kitchen with gas plancha, traditional BBQ and gas, pizza oven with wood provided.
Old vineyard shed restored for naps and meditation.
Sunbeds, garden furniture...

1 covered parking and large spaces in front of the entrance of the villa, automatic gate.

The villa is ideally located to discover the riches of the region:
Vallon Sourn Natura 2000 (2kms), Lake of Sainte Croix du Verdon (45mn), canyon (1h), river with swimming near the villa (2kms), Provençal markets, villages to discover (Cotignac, Aups, Correns...). Nearest village with all amenities: Barjols at 6 kms. Major cities: Brignoles 15kms, Aix en Pce 50mn, Nice 1h30, Marseille 1h00, Hyères 50mn.

Quiet environment, not overlooked, in the middle of nature.

For our part, we are Philippe and Caroline and lived in this villa for many years before moving nearby and dedicating it entirely to seasonal rentals. Activity that we have been doing since 2017. We are at your disposal and will be able to react quickly if necessary. A personalized welcome will be carried out as well as a check-out on the day of departure. The rental is from Saturday to Saturday, arrival 5:00 p.m. departure 9:00 a.m. cleaning is not included in the rental and a small list of simple tasks will be your responsibility, you can find them in the photo gallery.

This is a non-smoking rental and pets of any kind are not allowed.
