In winter, skiers will appreciate the proximity of the Barbossine ski lifts, located just 50 meters away. They can reach the slopes on foot. For beginners and those taking ski lessons, a free shuttle which stops 50 meters from the residence, will take you to Linga, passing through the village center where the Super Châtel slopes are located. In summer, the location provides easy access to hiking trails that offer a beautiful panorama of the valley.

Le Thélème 401 benefits from a peaceful environment and offers a magnificent view of the village, which can be admired from the balcony.
