“Continental breakfast is a pop tart, instant oatmeal, banana, orange, pudding, mac and cheese packet, and coffee. Juice machine was broken. Locked out of the building because room key did not work at the door after hours. Manager was upset for waking him up to open the door. Customer service was poor. Had to prove I needed the receipt from THEM because I booked through Expedia even though I paid at check-in. The manager actually argued the point and then "found" the receipt. Never again.”

“The problem wasn't with the property. The problem was Expedia LYING about the amenities. The Expedia description of amenities states "Free area shuttle up to 1 mile" "A bar/lounge" " Snack bar/deli" The property had none of those. There was a shuttle to Mayo Clinic (0.5 mile) on weekdays. NO bar, no lounge, no snack bar, no deli. My wife was going to Mayo Clinic because she could not get around easily. We chose this property because of those amenities. Also, I called Expedia and talked to an AI...
