Red Door Retreat in Chatham

Need a break from the holidays? Come enjoy the peace and quiet at this beautiful 3 bed/2.5 bath home. 4 min drive to beach & town. Cathedral ceiling living room with fireplace. Sunroom with large sectional and 65" smart TV. Dining room for 9. Fully equipped kitchen, sub zero refrigerator, double wall oven, tons of cabinets. King primary suite with daybed, Smart TV, and private office area. Bathroom features new glass shower and pebbled floor. Gorgeous queen guest room with ensuite full bathroom including new shower/tub combo. Sunny third bedroom with twin-over-full bunk beds and additional twin.  Open loft with 60" smart TV and queen sleeper sofa. Water view upper deck with dining table and 8 chairs, plus 3 sun loungers. Basement game room including pool table, ping pong table, and full size shuffleboard. High chair, pack-n-play, and kids dinnerware/utensils. Games, puzzles, and books for all ages. New stone patio with dining table and Adirondack chairs around a Solo Stove fire pit. Outdoor shower, washer/dryer, bikes, kayaks, Wifi, Central A/C, and new 3 burner Weber grill. Deeded Access to Oyster Pond. Very quiet peaceful neighborhood. Down a little path to the water. 

Minimum age of primary renter, who must be one of the guests staying in the house, is 30 years old.

There is no smoking in the house or anywhere on the premises. Please ask your guests to refrain.

There is wildlife in the area so young children should be tended to at all times

Guests can contact me 24/7 by phone or by text. I will check in at least once a day to see if you need anything.

The house was perfect for 5 women . We enjoyed the top deck area for sunset happy hour, took advantage of the puzzles , utilized the kitchen for breakfasts. The house is located in a beautiful area… great for walking and very close to town . The hosts checked in daily and offered up recommendations for restaurants . Would definitely return if visiting the Cape again !

It’s the perfect location for a Cape Cod stay. Chatham is centrally located making day trips convenient. We were so pleased w this property!! It is spacious, well appointed, the amenities are generous, and the host is the best we have had. She responds quickly w property questions and offers additional tips on visiting the area. This one deserves all the stars you can get plus bonus points. Choose the Red Door Retreat in Chatham!

This home is everything promised and so much more! So conveniently located and well appointed! Has anything you could possibly need and the owners were incredibly attentive and truly did everything to ensure that we had the time of our lives! Highly recommend and will be back!

Fabulous place!

The house is gorgeous, well equipped and just overall wonderful!!! Kitchen so well stocked and great cookware, dishes, etc. Owner is very thoughtful and readily available if needed. My husband and I and his parents couldn’t have been happier with everything!! Shuffleboard and ping pong were a blast on rainy days. The area is so charming, we will definitely be back!!

The home had everything you could want & so much more. It was spotless, lots of amenities. Plenty of room for my son & family of 4 & us!!! We were close to downtown Chatham, fish pier & lots of wonderful restaurants!! Nearby too many beach choices. It was just a wonderful week for our family!!

Wonderful week in Chatham!

Ardys’ house was beautiful. Clean with plenty of space and a perfect location, just a mile from downtown and relaxing Oyster Pond Beach. All the appliances were new and Ardys was a wonderful host. She even left us a welcome package upon arrival. We would definitely stay here again!

Chatham Charmer

Lovely property in quiet well maintained neighborhood. Close to numerous shops, restaurants and an excellent market. House equipped with everything you could ever need. Great grill and wood burning fire place. Roof top deck was ideal for sunning and views of neighborhood and nearby large pond. Large basement for leisure including pool table, ping pong and shuffle board. Bikes and kayaks were provided to further explore the area and nearby huge pond, which runs into the nearby bay. Several large public beaches were within a short ride. All in all, the property was one of the best, if not the best, I have stayed in allowing for a relaxing, entertaining stay while attending my son’s wedding at the enchanting Chatham Bars Inn.
