Recentemente rinnovato con aria condizionata centralizzata casa per le vacanze in una posizione ideale con 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni completi più una doccia esterna e pochi passi dalla città. Questo affascinante quartiere cul-de-sac offre un facile accesso alla pista ciclabile di Chatham, campi da tennis pubblici e da basket, campo da ballo e una vasta selezione di spiagge di acqua dolce e salata. La spiaggia di White’s Pond per il nuoto in acqua dolce e il kayak è a meno di 10 minuti a piedi.

L'ampio portico a tre stagioni fuori dalla sala da pranzo con un'ampia zona salotto offre spazio aggiuntivo per intrattenere dalla cucina completamente attrezzata con una nuova isola da appoggio in quarzo e posti a sedere per gustare il caffè del mattino. L'ampio livello principale, con il suo salotto con camino e la TV a schermo piatto da 50 pollici e la sala da pranzo adiacente, crea un piacevole flusso aperto.

Al livello principale sono 3 camere da letto e un bagno completo. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size con accesso privato al bagno vasca / doccia. Una camera ha 2 letti singoli. La terza camera ha un letto matrimoniale. Il livello inferiore ha spazio aggiuntivo che offre più spazio per ospitare 8 persone per rimanere comodamente. L'ampio vialetto può parcheggiare una barca e 6 auto. L'unico garage per auto ha accesso diretto al seminterrato finito che offre una camera familiare con scaffali incorporati che contengono un'altra TV a schermo piatto da 50 pollici e un bagno completo con doccia e servizio lavanderia. Due sale aggiuntive offrono ampio spazio per le attività dei bambini.

La proprietà ha anche avuto il prato completamente rifatto con sistema di irrigazione e un nuovo patio con pozzo del fuoco e doccia esterna aggiunti a giugno 2019.

Wonderful cape vacation

We had a wonderful week stay . Perfect location in Chatham. Close to downtown and the beach. The house itself had everything we needed and more. Spacious indoor and outdoor gathering spaces to relax, play games and enjoy time together . Winner was excellent to work with as well. We will be returning for sure !

Great property, wonderful stay

The house was exactly as described. Very clean, the space is set up well. We stayed with my in-laws and teenager, and I always felt like there was plenty of space for all of us. Everything we needed during the week was on hand. The location is really great, with easy access to Chatham, Route 6, and Route 6a - it was easy to visit all of our favorite spots on the Cape. Thanks for a great week!

Best rental house ever!

We have rented many vacation properties in the USA, UK and Europe, but this is the best yet! The house is incredibly well equipped and Winner has thought of every little detail to set you up for an amazing holiday! Perfect rental for our family!

We just finished our week in Chatham and highly recommend renting this house. It was the perfect fit for our family. Winner was a fantastic host and was very easy to communicate with whenever needed. The house was clean, comfortable and inviting. Our children (6, 3 & 1 1/2) loved the outdoor shower and the backyard. We all loved the screened in porch, the bonus space in the basement and the location was perfect - close to the bike trail, town, the beach. It was hot and the AC worked well, thank goodness! Checking in and out was an easy process and we can’t wait to come back!

Great property

This property is located in a quiet neighborhood in close proximity to all Chatham has to offer. The house was well equipped with everything we could possibly need in the kitchen or on the beach. We would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Fabulous!

We had a fabulous week at this lovely home in Chatham. Everyone enjoyed the spaciousness of the home, the kids liked the games and outdoor space, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We grandparents liked having our separate space in the lower level. Winner was very accommodating and easy to deal with. We highly recommend staying here.

Lovely getaway!

My family and I stayed here for a week in June and loved Chatham. The house itself had everything we needed (including an outdoor shower and close proximity to town - 5 min drive most places). When we arrived we had a bit of a stressful check-in as the air conditioning was turned off in the house and it was approx 80 degrees after driving in the car for a few hours. Luckily Winner was very responsive and called a A/C tech to evaluate the temperature. While it took longer than expected to cool the place down (approx 5-6 hours) the temperature in the house was great after that. If staying here, just make sure that the AC is never turned off (it seems the cleaning people did this before we arrived). Other than that, we had a fantastic trip. Chatham is a lovely town and the house is right off the old colonel rail trail for biking and beaches are just a few min drive away. Thanks for the great trip!

Absolutely Perfect!

We appreciated every aspect of our stay at the house! It was charming, roomy, well-equipped, and spotless! We especially loved spending time on the screened in porch. The location was a perfect home base for our vacation on the Cape. It was a great experience to work with the host and Winner has thought of absolutely everything you will need for your stay. Perfect Location in Cape Cod

My husband and I rented this property with three of our friends for our first post Covid vacation and we couldn't have been happier! The location is perfect as its in the "elbow" of the Cape allowing us to easily pop up to Provincetown or over to Falmouth to browse the shops and catch the ferry to Martha's Vineyard. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us to space out and relax without crowding each other. Winner the owner has stocked the home with absolutely anything you could possibly need from the kitchen to the bathrooms! They even have a fire pit, wood, and coolers and chairs for the beach! We couldn't have been happier with our choice! Communication with Winner was prompt and easy! RENT THIS HOME! :) We can't wait to come back! Thank you again for allowing us to stay! Maya

Lovely home with bike path access

Lovely and clean, this home had everything needed... and special touches we had not expected. The house was tastefully decorated and thought given to vacation needs: patio/grill/plenty of space/outdoor shower... and quick access to the bike path. We all agreed that we would stay there again, and there is room for grandparents or other family to join for a night. Thank you!! This was a wonderful spot! Oh - a deer even ran through the yard - the kids loved that!

Choose Chatham and this home!

We stayed in this wonderful home away from home for a week and loved the location, the comfort, the amenities, and the ease of being Winner’s guests. Her home was immaculate with so much space in a beautiful neighborhood setting. Everything was fresh and nicely updated and Winner has thoughtfully stocked this home with everything a guest could possibly need for an enjoyable and carefree stay. The proximity to charming Chatham was fabulous and we also enjoyed the easy access to the bike trail. Chatham was a great home base for day trips to other places in Cape Cod and we intend to return to enjoy more of the history and beauty of the area. Thank you, Winner, for an amazing getaway!

A Chatham Getaway!

We all enjoyed our stay and found the home just as advertised. The convenience to the Main Street of Chatham was great. The screened porch was delightful and we took advantage of it each morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Our family loved staying in this rental. We had more than enough room and everything was just as we expected. In fact there was more space and hang out areas than we realized. And it had everything! The kitchen was the so well stocked with good quality items that cooking was a breeze. And there were abundant towels, soap, fabulous washer and dryer etc. It was a pleasure to stay here and Winner was wonderful to work with.

Great Cape Cod Getaway

I came with my daughter and a few of her friends to celebrate their High School graduation in the time of covid. We all were tested before leaving and had a wonderful time in this super cute clean spacious home! There were snacks for us, lots of beach equipment, a great outdoor shower for getting the sand off and very close to everything! Superb place! Great owner who was very communicative and made the process smooth.

Month in Chatham

My family and I had an excellent stay over school vacation.

Comfortable and well appointed

This home was lovely and well stocked with games and entertainment in addition to linens and kitchen items. The bedrooms on both levels gave us lots of flexibility and our kids loved the backyard. The location is great, near lots to do in Chatham, with immediate access to the bike path. We would happily return.

Excellent home for a long weekend

I stayed 4 nights at Winner's property with friends while we were in town for a wedding. The property was immaculate, and Winner had thought of everything - even a welcome basket with Cape Cod chips, salt water taffy, and more! The home was beautiful with 4 bedrooms plus a daybed, 2 full bathrooms, a washer & dryer, and really comfortable lounge areas. Winner's communication was exceptional and answered every question I had leading up to the trip, plus sent a long message on check-in day with so many details that I knew I didn't have to worry. Winner even followed up to ask what to do with a few items that we left and offered to mail them back. Overall, my friends and I had an absolutely incredible stay and I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Chatham.

Excellent Home. Excellent Host!

From the beginning inquiries on the home to the day we left, the host provided spectacular support and prompt assistance to us. The home is in great shape with many new amenities and is bigger than it appears. It held my family of 6 very comfortably with room to spare. The host is kind and gracious and very helpful if you have questions about the area or the home. We made an excellent choice to stay here during our visit to the Cape from Houston, TX.
