On the first floor, you'll find an open and airy layout that makes gathering easy. The fully equipped kitchen includes a large side-by-side refrigerator, making it easy to stock up for family meals and beach days. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area, where a large dining table seats up to 10 guests, perfect for shared meals and entertaining. Just beyond, the welcoming living room features two couches and an additional chair arranged around the television, creating the perfect space to relax after a day by the water.

Also on the first floor, you'll find three bedrooms, along with two full bathrooms and one half bathroom for added convenience:
