“Struttura non recentissima ma comunque ben tenuta. Molto periferica raggiungibile solo con l'auto. Nei dintorni presente comunque un ristorante per la cena con personale simpatico. Inclusa nel prezzo una colazione a buffet. Presente una lavanderia per gli ospiti che è stata molto utile. Personale alla reception molto cordiale e disponibile. Parcheggio incluso nel prezzo. Consigliato.”

“The Shaker Mill Inn is located in West Stockbridge so it is away from the dense tourist traffic in Stockbridge, but is located with easy access to Tanglewood, Stockbridge, Norman Rockwell Museum, and I90 and the rural Berkshires. The garden was wonderful with many flowers in bloom—very pretty. The breakfasts were tasty. The Meadow bedroom was large with 2 reclining chairs, small dining table, small kitchen area with the necessities, and good air conditioning. It also had a porch, which was...

“The elevators were not working very well or often. My room was nice though and the bed was very comfortable.”

“The hotel is refusing to work with Expedia to refund me one night’s stay. I mistakenly twice booked one of nights, so I paid twice for one night. The hotel refuses to communicate with me, or, apparently, Expedia.”
