Two stunning arched windows flood the space with natural light and open onto a private south-facing terrace, where you can soak up the tranquil woodland and lake views. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped, featuring modern appliances and a granite breakfast bar that separates it from the elegant dining area, boasting an oak refectory table perfect for family gatherings. A utility room and cloakroom with WC provide additional convenience.

Upstairs, four beautifully appointed bedrooms offer the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The pretty superking bedroom (which can be converted into twin beds) comes with an en-suite shower room, while a further double bedroom features its own TV and En-suite shower room.
