When we first arrived, the keypad on the main door did not function, and would not take the provided code. We needed to contact the property manager, but unfortunately they didn't provide the WIFI password in the welcome email and there is no cell signal, so we had to drive back out of the neighborhood until we barely got a bar or signal . After too much time trying to explain the code and keypad was not functional, the property manager gave us the code to the back door. Which did work.After unpacking and enjoying the view, we turned down the bed and found the sheets were dirty, stained and obviously used. We had to find a set from another bed that seemed better for that night. We also found the towels to be very stained, and we could not say for 100% if they were clean. The next day we sent a message to the manager stating the issue, but all we got in response was, "Very sorry it was like this let me know if we can do anything about it". Later that day, being July 4th we planned to use the grill provided. When we went to use the grill we found the knobs were defective and no gas was flowing. Again, when we contacted the manager he didn't even know the grill was connected to the main house supply and wanted us to check to see if there was another tank.At this point, with these issues, we just tried to make the best of the situation and enjoy the view from the back deck. We communicated to the manager our displeasure and requested a refund, which they complied
